Horrible customer service by HAZEL .
I accidentally left my Drivers license there and she didn't even call me to let me know that they had kept my Drivers license. Thier excuse was that they were " busy" yet they had days to let me know that they had it. She had 4 days to call me to be exact.
Make sure to ask questions when purchasing because they didn't tell me I had to pay $180 to get my ring sized. If the girl is still new then she shouldn't be on the floor alone selling if she's not properly trained. She didn't even go over no protection
warranty on my jewelry, nothing!
I'm really not one to be leaving bad reviews but it's really upsetting that 1st she didn't call to let me know I left my Drivers license! And 2 didn't give me the full information that was needed for my purchase.

Let me start off by saying this is my top favorite store. I love coming here simply because is a very welcoming place and I feel comfortable here. I went monday on the 19th and Judy helped me out with my purchase I'm content with her she was very attentive and sweet and welcoming loved her vibe and the manager aswell. My husband and I left with beautiful bracelets for himself and my baby boy.Thank you girls for your service!! And of course for the coffee.
