You arrive without knowing and the staff, bad people, get angry because you ask them services and where to put a car, that's why they don't have people, nothing recommendable, don't attend.

After a couple of times, I said that I would not return to this place, I gave him another chance, and once again, disappointed, it took almost 3 hours to get my car out. I understand that they have many cars, but they also know that they need personnel. too much time after leaving the car, it was only to dry it for about 20 minutes and to be there for more than 2 hours and waiting I was about to take the car just as it was, finally someone decided to finish it and in the end it didn't look good now yes already no more with this place definitely.

Horrible place!!!! As soon as we drove in, it took a few minutes for staff to greet us. The lady that attended us seemed bothered that we didn't want any extras, shampoo carpet, air freshener, etc. all we wanted was a basic car wash and vacuum after ONE HOUR as we drove away we noticed the dash storage compartment lid was broken. We drove back in and mentioned it to them, and right away their staff put their hands up "we don't open any storage compartments, so that wasn't us that broke it". My husband was furious, they weren't even gonna tell us about it and we're gonna send us on our way? Ridiculous! I want to add that it was already slightly broken and it would kind of sit at an angle. Basically they finished breaking it However, the owner was willing to go half if we purchased a new one, so we quickly looked it up on eBay and he gave us cash...overall the quality of the wash was good but would not return. Definitely don't recommend

This was my first time here and they had to re wash my car several times according to the gentleman who i spoke to ,it did take longer than expected but they they did dis a super job

They were doing drugs and the old lady didn't pass the vacuum right. 25$ for bad service I'm never coming back to a place we're lazy and drugs combine.

This is a pretty decent car wash, they wash your vehicle by hand and do a pretty good job! I got the hand wax package plus leather conditioning and refinish my front lights. Love they way might lights come out. If you have yellow, faded and tarnished headlights, I recommend you come here and get your vehicle taken care of. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is they can use a bit more maintaining in they're waiting area and possibly add some benches outside to wait for your car. However, you can drop off your car and pick up once they're done.

I paid $40 for a car wash with mats. The car wash was decent although I did notice some scratches and dirt spots on my car.The reason I gave it three stars is because they lack customer service skills.First, when a car is done, they just honk the horn once and expect the customer to come outside to check and see if it is their car. I waited 45 minutes only to go outside and see that my car was done and sitting alone. After waiting ten minutes outside, I asked it it was done and they said yes. It doesn’t take too much effort for workers to come inside and announce which car model is done.Secondly, the workers all wear the clothing of their choice, which is OK. It just feels odd when a “random” person comes up to your door and tries to talk to you. You don’t know if they are an employee or random person.
