I enjoy coming here weather they are open or closed. They have not 2 but 4 atm's to use. They also have accommodations for those in wheelchairs they provide a larger area with tinted windows for protection from sun at Atm The parking is huge here it can get busy , none the less when I habe walked inside and gotten help. Inwas assisted immediately.

The worse costumer service ever!! I asked the manager where was her staffed and she seemed lost! Very irritating. Do not deal with your bank stuff here go somewhere else

So called branch manager is rude and condescending, literally off the experience I had with her I am considering closing my long time account with chase. Was no help and seemed like she did not want to be there.

Customer service is really bad. I went in about 2pm just for help with my card and after about 49 minutes waiting I left. I was never helped. Yes they greet you as you walk in but that's about as helpful as they get. I would rather drive a little further and go to another branch.

The WORST customer service. I was sitting for about 5 min a guy walks by me stares at me and doesn't even acknowledge or say welcome to me. The next girl walks up to me (didn't get her name but she had long curly hair) just says "can I help you" with such attitude and disgust it made me feel very uncomfortable. I left soon after that.

This is probably the worse CHASE bank that I've come to. I've been to other ones and all the time their friendly and helpful. Came in here to finish some business and maybe one person greet' me. When I was finally getting help the guy was serious and not helpful at all. I know it's the end of the day and everyone wants to go home but why give negative vibes to customers? I recommend in the LA Area the CHASE banks on Gage and Compton or Figueroa and Jefferson.

Chase needs more tellers it takes forever to make a deposit and clients must understand that tellers are there only to cash or make deposits you got issues with your account they got customer service reps to help you out not the tellers

Came in here with the BF... And well Machines are taking over people's jobs!! Way to go chase...glad I don't bank with you guys I would hate to have to come to my bank and have someone trying to convince me that I don't have to stand in line to talk to the bank teller that I could just go to a machine! Why?! What happen to friendly bank service? This is horrible!

The opening manager didn't seem to not want to help me. Her approach to me was very negative. I always try to avoid arguments which is why I walked out after she told me the machine that produces the chase cards was not functioning at the moment. Iam disappointed chase! :/

I went in to ask for a statement and received it but the teller did not notify me that they charge for it. So when i checked my account later on the day I noticed a 6$ fee which is complete bs!!

Seriously it is constantly the same problem, one teller and about 15 people waiting in line, expect to wait 25 minutes before it is even close to your turn.

Why do I come to this branch when I know they have the worst customer service???? How much are they paying the manager of this facility, maybe he needs to get out of the office so they can see what's going on here. I need to change banks and stop complaining.
