Carrillo in a radio program mentioned that he had payment plans for the tax service, since he said that he will not abandon himself. The case is nothing more than not having enough money at the moment... but their staff forcefully said that the full payment will be made at the time of making the back taxes... more than anything the review is due to false advertisement

Use caution when using this company to prepare your taxes. I was referred to Jose Luis (owner) by a coworker and drove from Apple Valley (60ish miles) | should have known when my appointment was at 9am and wasn't assisted until after 11:30am. After sitting down with Jose luis for 5 minutes he wiggled his way out of assisting me. Had another employee come in for a few minutes then he returned to tell me " there is a lot here, give me 48 hours and I will call you. My appointment was 03/09/24 and by 03/20/24 l hadn't received any phone calls. I attempted to call and was told " él te van a llamar para atras" another week goes by still no call I call back again and not really excited I get to talk to Jose and he tells me "oh yeah they should be done let me get your file and I will call you back" another week goes by and now we are getting close to the due date and he tells me again when I call back "let me get your file and I'll call you back". Then it's 04/26/24 I call back to find out no taxes were prepared and I went to pick my file up in person 05/04/24. Extremely unprofessional for an establishment this size just to leave people high and dry and even more disappointing when the owner lies to you.

I've been coming to do my taxes here for the past 5 years and it's been a breeze each time. This year I did my taxes with Veronica and she was extremely helpful with filing mine and my boyfriend's taxes.
