“I chose Midway Car Rental at 3737 Beverly Blvd to rent a vehicle for a month long stay in Los Angeles. To my surprise, the vehicle that I was given was brand new and had never been driven before. “The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“My first but not the last time going here.I had a very positive experience renting a car on short notice because my personal car had to stay in the auto shop over night. I was picked up at the Honda service dealer and got a rental the same day for a compact suv. The rental agent was very knowledgeable and customer service was great.The other rental agent who picked me up was cordial and informative as well. At the last moment, when my car was ready for pick up just 7 minutes before closing, they offered me a ride back to theHonda service center to get my car before it stayed overnight. The rental agents would have to stay a little over their schedule shift yo accommodate me. This was service above and beyond my expectation as I felt that I would have most likely have to call Uber to help me out.”

She was very thorough with the car inspections, making sure all pre-dings/dents in both cars were accounted for so that I wasn't charged upon my return. Additionally, when returning my 1st rental, she helped compensate me for missing gasoline that I was not aware needed to be filled back up prior to the return. Not to mention, she is very nice and has amazing customer service skills. Thank you, Emily!”

“Great service from picking up my rental car to dropping it off! I had to get my car repaired. Enterprise had staff pick me up from the auto body shop I was at to Enterprise to get my rental car. Then, Juan helped me with the car rental transaction and he did a great job going over the details. After I picked up the rental car, I received a follow up text message to reach them for any questions. On day of rental car return, Pang helped me to finalize the rental car return and he was quick and efficient. Nathan was also very helpful to give me a ride back to pick up my car at the auto body shop. Everyone was very friendly and excellent in providing the service. Thank you.”

“I had a great experience at this location. I rent at enterprise monthly for work. I was greeted courteously and warmly by the front desk staff. I was promptly given options to choose from for the car selection I requested. The staff took the time to communicate with me and make me feel welcomed. They took down information on any thing I noted in the car and made sure to do so and even advised me when I was in a hurry upon returning the vehicle to return the rental to refill the gas or I would be charged for it. They made very effort to provide a helpful and well informed experience. I didn't get everyone's name, but each person who helped me out did an amazing job, from the gentleman at the front desk to the lady who helped me select a car and the second young Lady who finished my rental return. I received my deposit back with an amazingly quick turn around. I will be recommending this location as well as choosing it in the future.”

Very easy to rent and to return the car, the front desk is very close to the lot. The staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. “I selected Enterprise after my auto accident because it was close to home. I dropped off my vehicle at the repair shop and was picked up by Raul. He took me to Enterprise. When I got there I was helped by Leslie. She helped me get my rental started and was thorough in explaining the insurance process. I had no problems with my rental and my vehicle was repaired faster than expected. I dropped off my rental and Eduardo helped me return the vehicle. It was an easy process.
