All the low star reviews are for a reason this is the worst group of people you can ever meet. They're completely useless. I needed them to move a car blocking me in and the guy said he would be there in 20 minutes , but takes 40 minutes to get to the scene and all he does is drive by the block and drive away he didn't even pull into the parking lot just saw us and left. We called them and the guy said he can't tow the car if someone is standing by it like no shit we know that it's not like we were going to stop him from towing it he didn't even come up to us and tell us to move he just drove by the block for a quick second and drove away. These people are horrible human beings they don't want to do anything to actually help but when a random car parks in the parking lot and leaves for 2 minutes they come in and tow the car quickly they are literally spineless human beings who only want to attack hard working people behind their backs but let jerks get away with doing what they want because they're afraid of confrontation. News flash you work as a tow truck driver you're completely okay with taking innocent people's cars but are afraid of confrontation? These people know they're piece of craps and don't care I hope they all get what's coming to them.

Amazing customer service super friendly and affordable. I was literally stranded and the guy was so kind and helpful to help change out my tire and get me sent back on my way home safely . 10/10 recommend I would definitely use again .

We went to alameda plaza on alameda and Florence. Got off the car locked it saw the towing guy parked.. didnt think anything of it ran inside 2 minutes came back out car was gone.. Mr cs towing office is rude unjust. Predatory towing. We spoke to the security guard and they said they didn't call that what Mr cs does they wait till you park and once you leave they take your car... according to the security guard that normal to see them take many cars... . We all need to sue them for predatory towing please contact me at 909 667 1179.. they can't keep doing this.

This place is a very shaddy place. Picked up my car 4 days later because I was not able to pick up before and found my car with the car seat missing. Someone in this yard stole all my voluables and clothing. My car was in a great state when it was taken there. If you ever get your car towed to this yard beware. My car was in such a bad state I left it there, i will be filing a police report.

My vehicle was towed here by request of the HP Police Dept due to an emergency. ( husband passed away ) I was already expecting to have trouble getting the car due to reviews from other people. however, I am here to THANK MR C's Towing personally for their help, they waived the fees and towed my car back home free of charge. Worst towing company ever. Every branch. 1) Very rude on the phone. Called the closest one and found out that they didn't have vehicle, the lady rudely asked me if I need the number and I said no cause I had it already. Before I could explain say why the lady hangs up on me. 2) Very rude in person. Gave them my Drivers License and they refused to give it back once they were done. I had to ask for it multiple times. 3) "actually this goes with 2 also" but they're all rude, inconsiderate people. They have no manners or tack. They towed my car for being in the wrong, I get it, no excuse but that doesn't give them the right to be dicks for no reason. They're all just in it for themselves. Low class people, all of them.

Our vehicle was towed away early morning for no valid reason. It was parked in our business's lot without blocking anyone or even violating any sign(s).This 'company' was called in by a random individual and they were quick to assume they had rights to have our car towed out of our own lot. We got in contact with them, they insisted we pay their $300+ fees & what not when we had our right of ways to park there all year long if we wanted to.We got in contact with "Brian" at the HP location who totally didn't understand the situation and chose to be arrogant about it all. He was no help towards this issue at all when trying to simply get in contact with a manager about it. Brian chose to be stubborn about the situation every time we'd give a call. We get it, you guys may deal with people who complain about their vehicles every day, but UNDERSTANDING one simple situation isn't rocket science. Like c'mon, give the car up, we got our right of ways, with paperwork, camera footage & all.Anyway, it's been a waste of time and cost of money trying to get around to simply retrieve our car for THEIR mistake, AND now we've got to deal with body damages that we did NOT cause. Luckily we took photos before this all came about. But thanks to Yamilet at the South Gate location who best assisted us in making this situation fair and simple as it should've been in the first place.*We will be filing a claim with their Fleet Operations Manager to have this situated and hope to have a solution for the damages. Will update review once case is settled.

I was in a bit of a panic when my RV broke down on a busy highway, but California Huntington park Towing arrived promptly and provided excellent service. The driver who arrived was very knowledgeable about RVs and had the necessary equipment to transport it safely. He also helped me find a reputable mechanic in the area. His expertise and professionalism made a stressful situation much more manageable. I recommend California Huntington park Towing to anyone in need of RV transport.Services: Special vehicle towing

This place towed my car within 1 minutes of being in fire lane. the tower disrespectfully took my car, took him 10 seconds. I will be suing the F out of you guys. SCAMMERS THE DRIVER WAS LITERALLY HIDING TRYING TO GET SOMEBODY. HE GOT ME. SEE YOU IN COURT! IT TOOK ME 20 minutes to go get my car and still charged me $42 "per day". You still have time to reach out and fix things. I No signs of tow zone either.

Was called after 10pm from Huntington park pd, that my vehicle was recovered and towed to Mr Cs in HP. Called them at 10:30pm and they confirmed they had the vehicle , and if I wanted a after hours release there was a extra $80, gate fee, so waited til next morning. Walked in and the guy behind the dark glass window confirmed the vehicle was there, and gave us 15 minutes to inspect the vehicle and decide what we wanted to do. Thanks for the time and courtesy.
