If I can give a zero I would . Unfortunately I got a "I hate my job" worker . I'm never the type to write reviews but after being very patient with costumer service for 3 hours calling this store calmly for further questions was very upsetting. After calling another store near and letting them know I appreciated how nice they were when I'm who should be rude and mean after being on the phone for hours. I knew I had to make a review once I found out it was a corporate store giving horrible service . I was calling because I wanted to know how they go about returning a new phone that I'm having trouble with & I got made fun of with a silly remark. I called because all videos on my phone show super blurry and "Christopher" made a joke saying he was going to recommend me a eye doctor laughing because I mentioned how it feels as if I need glasses when watching videos because of how blurry it looks. While I was just trying my best to explain the problem. After talking to someone else from a near store, who was phenomenal all I can say is if you hate your job leave, there's no reason for you to be rude or sarcastic to a cooperating client.

Hello everyone, I recommend NOT going to this AT&T store. Why ? Because apparently Mr "Diego" was too lazy to do us an upgrade service on our lines. To begin with we was there an hour and 45 mins before they closed. We were making our decision on what phone to upgrade too it didn't take us no more then 10 mins to make a decision!! I asked them nicely to give us couple minutes to decide so after about 3-5 mins we made up our mind and after that we were left unattended. we waited for someone to help us. After about 30 mins Mr "Diego" decided to help us. We asked if they had the iPhone 15 Pro in stock (which we already had asked another employee and said yes lol ) he said right away oh no we don't have it in stock but I can double check. He had said I just came from the back so we don't have it until he left again to check and all of a sudden the iPhone 15 pro appeared lol. He then said I have good news and bad news . Good news I have both of the phones you guys want and bad news is that we need to delete and back up all your stuff and it's already time to close. So we got upset and said why it took so long to attend us if you guys had about 3 employees walking around talking to each other? Long story short he was just lazy to do an upgrade because out of that upgrade he don't get commission lol DO NOT BUY ACCESSORIES OF ANY KIND! That's how they get their commission trying to sell stuff you can get for cheap! Also like i mentioned earlier he was lazy to do the upgrade because he wasn't gonna get any commission out of it unless it was a new service line! Good luck everyone! Ps bottom comment Mr Diego is unprofessional!

my mother and I had an amazing experience with representative Jennifer. she went above and beyond and was able to accomplish what the representative at the call center could not. I was extremely pleased with her assistance and will recommend friends and family to AT&T because of her exceptional performance. she was very polite and respectful and conducted herself professionally and amicably. thanks AT&T and thank you Jennifer.
