Worst place ever . The girls that work there are lazy and unprofessional. Emily is a scammer. They also steal the merchandise. They obviously don't care for customer service at all . I walked in the store and they were on their phone watching TikTok videos.

Came in about two months ago looking for a new phone and line. They kept on trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff j didn't obviously want as well as adding stuff to my bill that I didn't agree one prior. They added on NextUp which I never agreed to doing and they tried to finesse me by saying a bunch of words to do monthly installments on some accessories. Like I get it you have a job to do but adding the NextUp when I didn't ask really pissed me off.

Little did I know that what seemed to be a good experience would lead to hours and hours of phone calls trying to fix their mistake. Overview: they wrote down the wrong number for our trade in so we weren't getting the credit form the trade in. We finally called corporate to give us a lump sum credit for back months. But Albert the manager at this branch was useless when trying to figure out what the issue was in the first place. It took for me to team with corporate to figure out their mistake.

The supervisor Albert is rude, unwilling to help, horrible & just cares about making a sale. If his store makes an error, it's too bad soo sad, YOU fix it on your own. Steer clear of this particular store & of Albert, find another AT&T retailer who cares!

Horrible experience, BEWARE OF JULIO. He is so rude and so unwilling to help. I just wanted information, If he doesn't like his job he should get another one. Asked to speak to manager and he said there was none in.
