I do not recommend trusting this business with your screen repair needs. I took my phone in a few months ago for a new screen and when I went to pick it up it went black as soon as I got to my car. They had to keep it over the weekend and when Monday afternoon rolled around they still had not contacted me. I called and they hadn't even started repairing it yet. After it was finally fixed the new screen went black after 2 months. I wasted $150 and had to go ahead and buy a new phone. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service. I believe this is a fraudulent business and I suggest you keep looking.

Phone volume buttons weren't working, took it in and dude fixed it in a couple minutes free of charge, super friendly and helpful people, definitely recommend

My extra star is based on friendliness and urgency. Done within two hours. I was not informed that the aftermarket screen would leave my phone laggy and choppy. Is it safe to say the urgency may bleed into hasty sales tactics? $240 for a laggy screen and a settings notification that can't go away.I wish I was informed of the product I was getting. Consumer beware.

The worst experience I’ve had as a customer. Took my phone in, told me to come back later, came back later, wasn’t ready, came back later. He told me to leave and come back SIX times over a few days. When I wanted to get my phone back he had told me it’s at another shop. I ended up meeting him AT NIGHT in a bank parking lot IN ANOTHER CITY (needed back ASAP for replacement purposes and was told I could pick it up during that day and I tried just to be told not ready). Not one to leave reviews but…..^^^ Nick also likes to make excuses to those who left bad reviews. Makes sense

Every time I come in here the staff is very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect fit for my device. The installation was flawless, and the quality of the screen protector exceeded my expectations. My screen looks crystal clear, and I appreciate the added protection. I cracked the back of my IPhone 14 Max Pro, XCell repairs with their quality worked fixed my phone within a few hours for the fraction of the price. They did such an amazing job and they also had many options of colors if you wanted to change the back. You can't even tell they replaced anything. I would definitely recommend coming here to get any of your work done.
