It's always nice to find a place where they still believe in great customer service.KC treated us like VIPS and it was our first time there. Friendly and professional from start to finish. Great selection and great prices. Since we live in the neighborhood we visited there store but you could also buy your skates and accessories online. I would definitely recommend this place as your first stop for all your roller skating needs.

Not great customer service for online orders. Took two weeks to process and ship an expedited order. The wheels were cheaper here, but I still don’t have them and that’s just disappointing.

Helped answer all questions I had and assisted me in building a new pair of skates.They were responsive to inventory checks for what I needed, they made sure it fit well, and installed the new wheels I got on them too.

Great small shop focused on roller skates and everything a skater at any level could need. All the top brands. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The store is really tucked away in a light industrial area so be sure to seek them out and give them your business.

I had visited another skate shop in the Long Beach area and wasn't terribly satisfied with their selection or service, so I decided to go down to Huntington and stop by Wicked! It was WELL worth the drive!Staff is great - super helpful and super knowledgeable, and they talk to you with respect. It doesn't matter if you're brand new to skating or a derby pro, they treat you the same <3A little hard to get to - they're tucked back in the corner of a small industrial park. Worth the trek though 100%.Thanks for being so great and helpful, y'all!

Happy customers! New proud owners of beautiful Moxi roller skates! The customer service was amazing - She spent a great deal of time with us trying on many shoes and she was very knowledgable about the products and what she recommends from her own personal experience. She helped us find the perfect customizations and even installed everything for us before we left. Then we found out any future work on the shoe is included! Great product variety there and we are so happy with our purchases!

This is the only roller skate shop I'll go to from now on! I've been to a different local shop before to purchase wheels and they didn't offer to change the wheels on my skates or even ask if I knew how/had the tools. Wicked is a full service skate shop, so they mounted my slide blocks and changed my bearings for me, no questions asked. The staff member helping me was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, gave good recommendations, and answered every question I had for them. Prices were very competitive and they had a nice variety of things in stock. I had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it!

Most of the employees I talked to were really nice and helpful. However they got my order wrong after I only asked for one specific thing on my roller skates . It took a month and 400 dollars to get them built and they didn’t tell me things I needed to know, and they also got my order wrong. I called to ask if They could fix it and the woman on the phone was very rude to me. I don’t know if she’d had a bad day but I felt very discouraged. So I never went back because I have severe social anxiety and Being treated like that is too much for me. All in all I wouldn’t get skates built here again personal and I would recommend others maybe stray away from this shop if you’re planning on getting your skates built.

Took delivery of my new skates a couple weeks ago. The fit and feel are perfect. Highly recommend to all interested in roller skating.
