Sent me the wrong item and refused to process a return or exchange without charging me fees and return shipping. Spent $600 and got the worst service I’ve ever experienced, and they said they won’t let me order from them again because i didn’t let them walk all over me. I didn’t plan on it anyway.

Excellent outfit to order from. The part arrived fast and of excellent quality. I misdiagnosed my trucks vibration and did not need the driveshaft after all and was impressed with a fast and courteous return acceptance.

My driveshaft arrived quick.Was a different design and I had concerns so I reached out to wip and actually got a call back from a human that helped and didn't just read a script.Driveshaft is in and all my power I've been missing is back.Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service and great parts.

Bought a new driveshaft for my 2004 Subaru Outback. These guys had the lowest price I could find for it, so I gave it a shot. The first one that they sent me fit, but it had a vibration at certain speeds. I called them and explained the problem, and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. Installed the replacement and it works perfectly smoothly. I just shipped the defective one back in the box the replacement came in with the included label. Very good experience and I would buy another driveshaft from them again.

They got parts at right price was a little slow shipping from pandemic but was reasonable considering carriers were the main problem works great looks good
