I went to Whole Foods to purchase Bulgar to make Tabbouleh for my friend. It is a very healthy salad with fresh mint and parsley. Whole Foods has many grains and organic foods that are not readily available in other stores.

Buying produce at the Self-Checkout stand? Tap the Search button, and look up what it is you have. Buying bulk soap? Again, tap the Search button, and type in, “soap”, or, “bulk soap”.

Agreeing with a previous post regarding racism here. I was forced to wait while others were helped even though I got there first at the bakery. I told the woman behind the counter I was next after she helped someone who came after me and she told me to wait so she could help another man who came after me. I explained to her that I was there first and she still didn't care. Of course all of the people she let go ahead of me, no one stopped and gave me the courtesy. This location is racist and apparently, so are many of their shoppers.

The reason why i go to this particular whole foods is because it's the only nearby market in my neighborhood. Other then that, I try to avoid this place as much as i can. With the virus spreading around, it's difficult for me to make long trips to another supermarket, so finally I gave in and have been shopping here for the last week. However, my last experience at this facility was so negative, it gave me a warrant to finally make my first yelp review. I walked into this location in a hurry on april 15th, around 8pm. On my way in, I was going to ask the 'greeter' or whoever was sanitizing the shopping carts and baskets if i could pick one up. Instead, I was met with a hostile stare. Okay, it's been a rough day for this guy. I didn't want to bother anyone so I kept my mouth shut and just continued to walk in. At this point I just had the mindset of getting my groceries and getting out. I picked up my produce and made my way to the cashwrap quickly. On the way, there was a couple individuals kind of herding together in front of the cheese and cold drinks. I saw a gap between another customer and one of the staff members here. The employee was a tall caucasian male with curly hair in a green hoodie. He must of been bothered by us being so close together because when i walked between them, the employee said "What the F*** are you doing? Six feet!" I was such in a hurry to get out i totally forgot about the social distancing rule. I kept walking. It took me a couple steps later to realize what he said. At that point i was furious. I was going to turn around and give this kid working a piece of my mind. but as i did, He went back to stocking the drinks. At that point, i realized that i was completely at fault. i had enough and decided just to let it go and get the "F***" out. A couple other customers saw what happened and just stared at me, I was kind of embarrassed. I was thinking about going back and ask for his name..or the manager on duty. Then i thought what's the point? If the next time I'm here i get treated with the same negativity and hostility. With this experience, I don't ever see myself coming back, i rather just drive the two extra miles to Trader Joe's. Atleast there they treat their customers like shareholders and not burdens. If you're a manager and are reading this, i hope you understand that your staff is a direct reflection of your company and what you as a brand represent. Reading the other reviews here, it seems like i'm not the only one that had a bad experience. I definitely understand with the virus spreading around, the morale might not be as high. But that's no reason why i should have experienced that i did. I love whole foods. I love the products that whole foods sells, but it's funny to me how the CUSTOMERS here are more respectful than the employees. Please hire someone who has SOME customer service skill, and not some disrespectful kid that needs a job.

Shame on this Whole Foods! They have an employee test positive for COVID 19, and they didn't even close the store..... WOW! Just so unbelievable!

Take your Calculator with you at checkout because I know of 2 checkers at this location that go out of there way to slip in another $10 to $20 on your Card of any type! That kid that tried burning me yesterday for $10 bucks should be Fired! And Slapped!!! You lost a Customer! Some of your employees are criminals overcharging people's credit cards left and right! Put them in check!

Racism still exist here. In 2020. Rich took care of the situation because his job was on the line if I wasn't comp. The intial reaction was that he hesitated a little nonverbally as I saw it from behind walking with him towards the customer service then he bail to the kitchen to talk to the ignorant Caucasian fool that started all of this " I can't find you to help you because you look the same as other white people here." after I didnt buy his other excuse "oh a kid might knock your soups over" so he tossed it. But the real reason is he tossed it because he assumed I had spit my Corona virus germs in the cup and let it spread by having it stays open while I was gone. I was the only Asian in the hot food bar salad section for 20 minutes with a security guard monitoring my movement because I was wearing a mask and I am Asian so they assumed that I have the Corona virus and all Asians are the same. I am 100% Vietnamese by blood and Corona virus is from Wahan, China. CHINA IS ABOVE VIETNAM. WE ARE TWO DIFFERENT GROUP OF PEOPLE ETHNICALLY FROM FOOD, LANGUAGE, AND CULTURE, AND GEOGRAPHY. CHINESE AND VIETNAMESE. NEVER EVER LUMP US TOGETHER. Google it. WHEN HE WAS DONE, ANOTHER WHITE FEMALE SECURITY GUARD WAS MONITORING ME BUT ON THE SIDE OF THE BAR. FULL VIEW ON ME. Talk about racist behavior...so to all the minorities reading this, please kindly do ne a big behavior and please don't support them anymore financially..... please tell your family and friends. DEFINITELY IT'S NOT COOL OR RIGHT OR APPRECIATED TO ME TO BE PROFILED AND BE TREATED LIKE THIS BASED ON YOUR STUPID ASSUMPTION/IGNORANCE because your Mom didn't know any better to teach you facts and the American public school has failed you as you were growing up. Just ask me nicely why I was wearing my mask. Don't assume anything. I HAVE THE FLU. I DO NOT WANT TO CATCH ANYTHING DEADLY IN THE AIR BECAUSE I JUST WENT THROUGH 2 WEEKS OF PURE HELL AND LOST 20 LBS. I WAS IN N OUT OF UNCONSCIOUSNESS FOR 5 DAYS STRAIGHT DUE TO TAKING THE WRONG MEDICINE BY MISTAKE. Asian are different from Caucasian. No doubt about it. You are blind if you can't tell. Thanks to a nice strong African American lady who step in trying to help me but it got nowhere with this same young ignorant fool after she was done. Your Mom and Dad raised you right. Keep it up!

Omg. Really Whole Foods you put people behind the meat counter who can't cup up a chicken. Asked the guy to remove the back bone from a chicken he said he is just clerk. Had no problem at the Tustin location for special meat preparation. I guess I will do my business there from now on. Hey Huntington Beach clerks belong in prepared food not the meat counter. You charge way too much not to have custom service at your meat and seafood counters. .
