I’m very sad to write this review, but I have to..I have been a customer with Wells Fargo for the past 21 years..My personal accounts, my business accounts, all with Wells Fargo..And this exact location it’s been my go to location since the beginning..They have never been so great when it comes to customer service but at least they were decent…But lately, the last two visits for me there it was horrible.. the customer service ..the attitude ..the way they answer your question.. I think customers deserve better attitude than that..I just had to write this review before you guys lose more customers..

I recently have been worker with Tiffanie Nguyen at the Bolsa Chica branch. First with an overseas wife transfer where due to my error we had to cancel and send again. Then with deposits that required extra care. Tiffanie responded quickly in person, phone and email and remained patient and professional even though I was experiencing frustration due to challenges outside of Wells Fargo. She is beyond five stars. I will add also that her team including Bank Manager Maria are also very attentive to me when I walk in. I also want to underline that Maria reached out to me twice by phone with updates on my wire transfers. This I wasn't even asking for nor expecting. Keep up the great work! And again. Thank you especially Tiffanie and Maria.

The worst banking experience my wife has ever had at a WFG Bank by the bank manager (Christopher N.) My wife went into the branch to make a deposit and was interested in getting the rates for a Money Market account. My wife has been a customer of WFG for almost 40 years. The manager told her that he couldn't give her any information unless she bought in the money into the branch. Seemed the manager was doubting the fact that she had any money, or anything at all ...Awful, Awful customer service

This branch is typically not very helpful they can't seem provide even the most basic services. I pretty much dread having to go to the bank because everyone is usually so useless and cranky

I see a lot of random reviews and low stars but in my opinion, this bank has been nothing but great to me! I only business bank with Wells Fargo. This is a branch I love to conveniently use. All the employee are great. They are very helpful and attentive. I forget the name of the 2 usual ladies that help me. They are exceptional. I see them weekly and it's always a pleasant quick visit to handle my business transactions. Highly recommend this location, as always, make an appointment to see a banker. Everyone knows that. The walk in days are far gone. I always see 3 tellers here minimum. And of course management is there. They do what they do. Manage. No complaints. I have more complaints about the atm. But that's a whole other review. Plus for them, they have a drive thru atm. How cool and easy is that.

I am writing a review today, based on my interaction with one stellar employee Tiffanie Nguyen. She started working at this branch 3 weeks ago, and Wells Fargo is lucky to have here at the HB branch. She is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and she helped me with my checking and savings account that I have had for over 20 years. The stars are for Tiffanie, not the branch overall. The teller today that I spoke with told me to go online and check to see which accounts I had and how to manage them (as she yawned, and acted like she could have cared less about my inquiries). I chose to speak to someone, and Tiffanie was available and happy to help me today. I have dealt with the manager of this branch on prior visits and found her also to be dismissive and rude. If you have to do any business at this branch, I recommend you contact Tiffanie, as she is honest, and I feel she has your and my best interest at heart. Thank you, Tiffanie, for making my day!

I opened up a second business account at Wells Fargo, Bolsa Chica, Huntington Beach location today. I have to say that though they were quite busy, Sarah Pham handled it like a pro. Sarah made sure that each client knew she was on the case and kept the flow moving smoothly. She was professional, yet personable. Sarah had my newest account set up quickly and made it very easy for me. I was in and out in record time. I couldn't be happier with the service today and recommend Wells Fargo for all your banking needs.

I have been with Wells Fargo before it was even Wells Fargo. It was never this bad! It doesn't matter what day or what time you go, there is one (maybe 2) tellers and the line is out the door! EVERY TIME!!There is management sitting around doing nothing! Why can't you as a manager or banking assistance help out?? Not to mention that now they close at noon on Saturday! I'm so ready to transfer to another bank!

This is the worse branch I’ve been in. I go in once a week cuz I have to. The line is long and they only have one teller. Managers response is always the same “we had so many call outs” Then hire more people!!!

Christmas is over, so tell your stupid a** college student too get the f*** back too work!! It's fuckin Monday!! If you fuckin college idiots were open more often your lines would would be a lot shorter!! Wells Fargo loves being closed, they don't like too serve customers. Wells Fargo is for employees that don't want too work.

No one is friendly in this branch, the manager is as bad as anyone else, and one of the tellers try to profile me because I asked to withdraw a large amount of money, and I file a claim against him, you wait for a long time, I saw several times frustration form several other customers and the tellers are not shown any help what-so-ever. This is bad, especially it's close to my house after they close the other branch on Warner, but I rather do my business in another further branch than this one at least until they get rid of most of this worthless manager and her team.
