We had a great experience at this branch on Saturday. We met with a banker, Alex and he was friendly, efficient and full of great advice. He took his time with us and processed our banking requests. Gave me great advice on how to navigate my dad's finances too. I did notice a big line as we were leaving so I can attest they were short on tellers. My suggestion to all banks these days is buy a ticket machine - only $30 on Amazon. Customers can sit and relax until their number is called.

What the heck Wells Fargo?!?! Hire more people!!! Every branch that I've gone to is short staffed - and the staff that IS there do not seem to care about a growing line of frustrated customers. I was initially excited about trying out this new branch - but it is the same caca as all the other branches. You used to have great service, you used to care Wells Fargo- what happened to you?!?! No one likes you anymore. DO SOMETHING about it!!! Don't you get tired of the negative comments? You NEED to change or you will lose more customers.

These f*ckers Charge you $7.50 to cash out a check if you don't have an account with them. Not even farmers and merchants does that and they are a more upscale bank.

Horrible experience! I have been a customer for 22 yrs. I do everything online. But today there is an issue with the Mexican bank I usually use. So, I came in at 2pm. thinking it should be quick. Just change the bank info. This branch had not a single customer in front of me. I was the only one. I asked for help changing the bank the manager verified the info and said that the bank I use shows Open. I said, I have been trying to send the money and it won't work. I even called the global remittance department and they saw an issue with their connection to the Mexican bank. He said give me a second take a sit. I sat for about 2 mins he comes back and tells me to come back on Thursday with an appointment because they were busy and he was off tomorrow. It's an emergency can't wait until he's available. It took longer for him to tell me to come back than to actually just make the change. He had the information already open He verified the bank info from Mexico. All he needed to do was to add the new bank info. but he said his appointments were coming. I'm still in the parking lot writing this review and theres none coming. very sad. It's a new branch!

Being in a convenient location helped being alongside other banks in Bella Terra area. The staff here are efficient and offered great service. This location is updated and modernized!

I am here to deposit a check and have been waiting in line for 15 minutes because there are only 2 bank teller working today and there's 15 customers waiting on line. Such a bad experience just for deposit a check.I have waited for half an hour just to deposit a check. When I am at the counter, the bank teller Huong kept looking at the series number in front of the check and asked me "is it your bank account?". What? I told her my bank account number is on the back. She doesn't even know how to help with a simple check deposit procedure. It's ridiculous.

I'll start off with this they need to train there employees better if they can't figure an issue out you go to the person above you to help you. that right there tells me you have horrible communication skills. Skip this bank and go down to beach Yorktown near by they helped me in 5 mins amazing employees ?

It's good this location is closing (hopefully the new location opening in spring of 2022 won't be the same) they are so slow here, no sense of urgency!

Monday Oct 25th, 12 noon. 9 people on line waiting and only one teller open. There are two others behind the glass yet they totally ignore the line of people waiting. I've been banking with Wells Fargo for over 30 years until now. I recently pulled all my monies both personal and business cash and transfered to Navy Federal. Perhaps, I never noticed how bad they are or I was too busy running my business in any case, one more visit once I am able to be help and sayonara Wells Fargo. In closing, hope this bank works better for you...as for my son and I we are gone.

This bank is so horrible . The line is out the door With two free employees just walking around. I run a business and this is what I have to go though. I hate this bank
