I had been so many Wellfargo of the branches ...but this branch the most nice and convenient . Kelvin & Hai do alway make me happy. They tried their best to help me out when I was so suffering about my identity thief from someone. I'm a victim of a fraud... Thank you so much Hai really appreciate.

This is a horrible bank. I think the workers are quite nice, but WF has alot of stupid rules that make it so you cannot easily use your own money. For example (one of many over the years), I have a business checking acct at another huge bank. I set it up to be able to transfer money there for my business, from WF. WF has put a $6k per month limit on what I can transfer. If I wish to transfer more, I can wire money until I have had this set up for 60 days. Wiring cost $25-30! Or complain and have to go in-person to wire with the fee waived! Transfers are free. This is 2024, this should all be doable on an app! When I left there today, I went across the street to open an account at a new bank and start the process of finally moving away from this awful excuse of a banking institution. Across the street is my choice of Chase, Bank of America, & US Bank!! Even if you tell WF you will leave, their response is simply "I'd be happy to close that account for you." That is what I mean regarding them being nice. These places forget that they need customers to exist, and we have lots of better choices!

I see the Wells Fargo reply to this, which would create even more work for me. It is pathetic. Sorry folks, but there have been way too many unnecessary incidents where you guys make it difficult for me to access my own money. I'm spending my time changing all of my autopays, deposits, etc to a new bank.

Rudest banker I’ve ever encountered - Giovanni. Been with THIS branch specifically for over 10 years and will NOT return to this branch ever. Dismissive, rude, and LATE to my appt I scheduled weeks ago. Thankfully online customer service was able to help. Thinking about closing 24 year old account because of GIOVANNI. RUDE! Don’t go to this branch.

Jorge E Barcy Jr. - this guy is on a power trip. Avoid dealing with him! No customer service, no personality! Walk down the street and got my business handled. Avoid this Wells Fargo. Acts as if its his own money. Your job is in service, remember it isn't your money! Get a job u can be happy at!

Got robbed. Came in today (5/18/23 at 12:00pm exactly). Walked out with a white envelope. Parked right in front, went into sprouts, came back and my windows were busted out and the envelope was gone. Clearly people are watching this location as people walk out. I walked in, spoke with the manager and he said the videos are for corporate. So I mean its whatever right? Just not helpful.

Branch Manager Jorge Bracy was extremely helpful today, providing personal service in an urgent manner. He dropped what he was working on to personally help me out, providing documentation required by the USCIS to sponsor a couple of Ukrainian Refugees. This is the service we hear about from banks, but rarely receive. Jorge was super.

This place is absolute rubbish. Both managers on the premises are very poorly trained. Clear misrepresentation of the company and should be let go immediately.

Doesn't have a banker available for 2 weeks to go over account changes. Also, I've tried moving an IRA from their bank to another many times with zero success. Waited for a manager for ten minutes and ended up walking out. Awful customer service. Pointless having this bank here.

I hate this location so much. It’s unfortunate that it’s the closest one to me. It’s always extremely understaffed with lines out the door. The managers there are useless. I almost always end up leaving the branch because the line doesn’t move and I end up driving further away to other locations.

I experienced excellent customer service at Wells Fargo in Huntington Beach. All of the employees were friendly, patient and courteous. Abraham Ortega, Branch Manager, has provided great customer service each time I have required assistance. I highly recommend this branch and the team that serves it.
