Eesh, today's visit was by far the worst! It's Friday at 4:40pm, I'm in a big line at Wells because I've got change I need to deposit! Off the bat, we are told the systems are having difficulties but to feel free to use the ATM or continue waiting in line. Low key felt like a lie but I aint gonna die over it.I decided to continue waiting in line, wrote a whole email to nunyabiz and got up to a teller about 4:51. Teller tells me I gotta have my change in rolls. I tell her, 'whelp gimme some sleeves n I'll get back in line while I roll em up." Teller turns to a woman in the back to ask for the quarter sleeves n this woman says 'for what?' This woman proceeds to approach me to tell me that I gotta leave bc I won't be able to sleeve my change before 5. It's like 4:53 at this point and I told her, 'nah. Im gonna go ahead n get back in line n roll up my change while you help the next folks.' Turns out that woman was branch manager, Lucerio Garcia. So ngl, my anxiety was thru the roof after that and I was droppin coins all over the floor while tryin to sleeve this change bc again i need to deposit this change. Usually the tellers will help me sleeve coins but I guess bc it was near closing time on a Friday, Lucerio didn't think I should get the help today.Outta all my change, i only got to deposit $7.I feel bad for the customers that were denied entry at 4:50 bc of the 'system issues.' And I wanna thank the bank worker that helped me pick up the change i was droppin. You even went the extra mile to get me a change tray to count. Hope you see this.Screw you Lucerio Garcia

3 consecutive appointments I have made with this branch were cancelled or changed withing just a few hours of my scheduled appointment.I've been an account holder with Wells Fargo for over 22 years, with 4 business accounts, 2 personal, and credit cards. The most recent was today with Jose. His only time was 3 pm which wasn't a good fit. I scheduled the appointment and then rearranged my schedule to make it work. At 12:15 I received a call from the branch that Jose was too busy for me.Customer service, loyalty, and their customers time is of no importance to thos branch. Absolutely terrible.

This branch has the friendliest staff out of any WellsFargo ever in the world. Not only are they incredibly fast, but they are incredibly nice to me every time I come in. They always do my transactions right and are also really cool! I'm definitely going to keep all my money here forever :)

Worst bank ever. If I could give it no stars, I would. They are disrepctful, not helpful, no customer service whatsoever. I definitely do not recommend Wells Fargo bank for any banking needs. They demanded I get a new ATM card as they decided I didn't exist after 25 years of banking there, yes, didn't exist. Suddenly no record of me. They took my ATM cut it up and demanded that I get a new one, how does a human being suddenly become nonexistent at their bank. I had to wait weeks to receive the new card. Now they keep blocking purchases. I cannot even buy gasoline without contacting them FROM THE GAS STATION. Then I have to talk to a machine that may or may not let me speak to a representative. Yes, there is plenty of money in the account to fill my gas tank no matter the cost. Decline, decline, decline. I went immediately to the WF bank across the street from the gas station. Oh no, you can purchase gas, the card is fine. When why did I get declined over and over again. Yet, they treat my husband like a king. I have to use his card every time I get gasoline, no problem with his card. He still exists. I guess they are just canceling women. Maybe it's time to take all of my money out of WF and put it under my mattress. At least that way it will be available for my use. No more ridiculous than staying at WF Bank.

I came in to cash my check. I was helped by "Henry" an Asian guy with a weird haircut. I really disliked his customer service. Very short and arrogant with me. I asked him if he could put my money in an envelope and he just handed me the envelope and tossed my cards and that was it. I usually go in and another teller helps me. I forgot his name but he's very nice and polite. Treats me with respect and asked me politely if I need help with anything else and hands me my money in an envelope. He's very kind and professional. This guy I had today was terrible. He needs to be retrained in customer service skills. Terrible, terrible.

Wells Fargo Is a pain when it comes to depositing checks! Straight deposit with no cash back can take 10-15 minutes cause their stupid scanners are so old and temperamental. I usually deposit 10-20 checks weekly and I hate coming to Wells Fargo for this reason. My time is valuable as a business owner and their old machines are horrible. Take your business banking elsewhere.

Normally a great bank, but recently, it’s become impossible to work with a teller, as they unfortunately they need an appointment now. Funny thing is, nobody will answer the phone, ever, so I can’t contact anybody to make an appointment, nor leave a voicemail to have them contact me. The hours are different from what they were pre-COVID as well, and they only have a sign on the front stating the change, but haven’t updated them online.

My family urgently needed to get loan docs notarized (for a lender in North Carolina) for a closing on a commercial property that we are buying, so I scheduled an appointment with a notary at this Wells Fargo branch. The notary we used, Nolan Vorck, was absolutely amazing. The documents needed 20 signatures notarized (that's a lot) and it took nearly 2 hours to complete. Nolan was patient and very thorough, and helped us complete the documents to be overnighted as quickly as humanly possible. Using a notary at Wells Fargo is always free, so it's a great benefit that Wells Fargo offers as well. Incredibly happy with the customer service at this particular branch. Always consistently very good. Thank you for your help today, Nolan!

Walked in at 3:10 to open an account, knowing they close at 4:00pm and was turned away. The person that does that is at lunch...????? Terrible
