Worst bank ever. If I could give it no stars, I would. They are disrepctful, not helpful, no customer service whatsoever. I definitely do not recommend Wells Fargo bank for any banking needs. They demanded I get a new ATM card as they decided I didn't exist after 25 years of banking there, yes, didn't exist. Suddenly no record of me. They took my ATM cut it up and demanded that I get a new one, how does a human being suddenly become nonexistent at their bank. I had to wait weeks to receive the new card. Now they keep blocking purchases. I cannot even buy gasoline without contacting them FROM THE GAS STATION. Then I have to talk to a machine that may or may not let me speak to a representative. Yes, there is plenty of money in the account to fill my gas tank no matter the cost. Decline, decline, decline. I went immediately to the WF bank across the street from the gas station. Oh no, you can purchase gas, the card is fine. When why did I get declined over and over again. Yet, they treat my husband like a king. I have to use his card every time I get gasoline, no problem with his card. He still exists. I guess they are just canceling women. Maybe it's time to take all of my money out of WF and put it under my mattress. At least that way it will be available for my use. No more ridiculous than staying at WF Bank.

I came in to cash my check. I was helped by "Henry" an Asian guy with a weird haircut. I really disliked his customer service. Very short and arrogant with me. I asked him if he could put my money in an envelope and he just handed me the envelope and tossed my cards and that was it. I usually go in and another teller helps me. I forgot his name but he's very nice and polite. Treats me with respect and asked me politely if I need help with anything else and hands me my money in an envelope. He's very kind and professional. This guy I had today was terrible. He needs to be retrained in customer service skills. Terrible, terrible.

Wells Fargo Is a pain when it comes to depositing checks! Straight deposit with no cash back can take 10-15 minutes cause their stupid scanners are so old and temperamental. I usually deposit 10-20 checks weekly and I hate coming to Wells Fargo for this reason. My time is valuable as a business owner and their old machines are horrible. Take your business banking elsewhere.

My family urgently needed to get loan docs notarized (for a lender in North Carolina) for a closing on a commercial property that we are buying, so I scheduled an appointment with a notary at this Wells Fargo branch. The notary we used, Nolan Vorck, was absolutely amazing. The documents needed 20 signatures notarized (that's a lot) and it took nearly 2 hours to complete. Nolan was patient and very thorough, and helped us complete the documents to be overnighted as quickly as humanly possible. Using a notary at Wells Fargo is always free, so it's a great benefit that Wells Fargo offers as well. Incredibly happy with the customer service at this particular branch. Always consistently very good. Thank you for your help today, Nolan!

Every time I come here, which isn't often, thank goodness, it's so dreary! You can tell most employees hate their job, especially Van Vu. I've had the misfortune of getting her the few times I'm in the area, and dang is she in the wrong business. Not friendly at all! She never says hi, doesn't ask how I'm doing, doesn't say bye or have a nice day, zip, zilch, nothing. Other wells locations are so friendly,,nice and accomodating. This lady is so uptight, she should work in the diamond business and convert coal to precious gems! Management at this branch really needs to work on their customer service etiquette. It's very basic stuff guys, get it together!

Been a customer here for years, went to set up my child's Coogan account (mind you- I have money here already) was a disaster! No wonder people hate WF, I do to and would move my money if I could. The odd questions to establish a child account- besides the legal documents were obnoxious. Does anyone know what they are doing here?!?!

I go across town to bank at this branch! Erika, the teller, is especially joyful and has been of great assistance to me and my banking needs. Great service, friendly tellers and its a pleasure to the bank at this location. I will continue to bank at this branch, great for personal and business and investment accounts. Thanks, Erika and, service manager, Tatiana for your 5-star service.

This branch is the worst branch I have ever had business with. Wells Fargo is not the best I. General. I have a business check that was cleared for the other bank and presented a copy of the cleared check and they still put a hold on it. I spent 30 minutes to try to solve this issue. The branch manager is too good to come and solve this herself. This is not the first time this happens. They take your money and try to keep it for themselves for a while. I will close my account and transfer to another decent bank soon. I wish I can give less than 1 stay.

I went into this location to wire some money, the teller didn't know how... A manager tried to assist but wasn't able. I was told the wire instructions I had were wrong. I walked into the branch on magnolia and Atlanta, with the identical instructions. Within 10 minutes the wire was sent. The branch on beach needs new managers/supervisors.

This bank is alright for the most part. I come here for work mainly. Sometimes I wait forever because they don't have that many tellers that are available and waiting in line with 10+ people in front of you isn't the best thing, especially when you're trying to go back to work so you can clock out and go home (minus 1 star). Anyways, this review goes out to Jackie! (I think that is her name, the girl with short Burgundy, reddish hair). She's really sweet, friendly and patient. Most of the time, I come in with a lot of checks/more than 1 deposit and she's always sweet about it and scans it all. Some of the other tellers, I can tell they're not exactly happy with it but they do it. So whenever I come in, I hope she's the teller I get. I like that she will remember things and will bring it up so its not an awkward silence while she is scanning. I hope her boss gives her a raise/promotion. She deserves it. You don't meet a lot of people who are ALWAYS friendly every time you see them knowing that they are going to hand you a lot of work. She's the reason why I'm giving this 4 stars versus 3.
