My son loved this place! It was his birthdayAnd they told us he gets in for free so thatwas plus n wish I can give them another extra star! Heard the location on lake forest is smaller so glad we came here for the first try! We will be coming here more often!

This place was sooooo dirty. Lots of broken stuff. Wires coming out of things. A big law suit getting ready to happen . Also you need to stop runny nose kids from coming in. About 80 percent of the kids had runny noses. Me and my grand daughter got sick a few days after going . Clean up this place and don’t allow kids that look sick in there . It’s a giant Germ!!!!!!

Dirty, things are torn up, exposed wires, bathroom is horrific. Very sad because it was not like this before. Maybe owners want to sell or leave so they're letting it go? Not returning ?

gee where do i start....most of the arcade games are broken, mens bathroom was so disgusting i wanted to puke. someone clogged a urinal (how?!?), none of the forced-air ball machines worked, not a single one. none of the forced-air ball guns worked either. severely understaffed so no one was running the snack bar...ive been to tons of these indoor play places, this one is by far the worst one I've ever been to. find a different one to go to, this want just a bad trip either, you can tell this one has been in rough shape for some time. PASS.

This place used to be awesome for kids, very clean and fun! I went with my daughter today and it looked awful…Dirty, equipments broken, trash on the floor and smelt funny. Very disappointed :(

This place is not nearly as nice as it used to be (we were here last pre-pandemic). A lot of the play equipment looks dirty +/- is broken +/- isn’t functioning. The air inside is stuffy / not well ventilated. The women’s bathroom is literally falling apart - two of the three sink faucets are either completely not functioning or are broken and barely functioning as is the soap dispenser. The floor, walls and equipment are dirty & worn. Very disappointing bc this place used to be great (used to be well ventilated with clean, functioning equipment). Hopefully the company reinvest into upkeep & maintenance and can bring it back to what it used to be.

We like that it's usually not that crazy in there and clean. Only con is the music. Sometimes I think they forget that it's a kids place. It could use some maintenance touch ups, like the broken sink in the women's bathroom. I eral, we're usually happy there and recomend

I don’t live near the area and went here w/ a Groupon. Deal was ok, facility wasn’t too big, not much seating, massage chairs if that’s your thing. A lot of the rides were beat up, torn not working. The snack prices were higher than other places like this.

Our two boys (age 4 and 2) had fun but the place is pretty small and lack variety compared to other places like PlayPie Buena Park or Kid Townz in Lakewood. Largest whaaaats going on here things: - "ball pit" area had zero balls and the ball cannons were not working. I actually don't know if they work or not cause they there were no balls to put in but they seemed fixed. - there are zip ties holding things down but some are not trimmed or there are sharp edges that could lead to cuts/injury - the small toddler area has a "light board" but nothing to put in? - the soft safety mat by the big slide is not fixed and slides aroundIts only $21 per kid with adults being free but I recommend paying a couple bucks more and going somewhere else that is larger and has more functioning things.

This place is so run down, so many broken things and unsafe exposed metal. The floor is also very dirty. They need a revamp ASAP, the owners seem to not care about the facility . I would give zero stars.

Prior to my visit today I had only been to this location once and had a great experience with my crawling baby back then. Fast forward, I have 2 toddlers and decided to purchase the membership and take them in today. The staff was very accommodating with my son who has autism and is non verbal. I really appreciate them creating an inclusive environment for all children to play!

I've been to this location for years with my older 2 boys who are now 11 & 12. We now take my 2 year old. We have the monthly membership for $24.99/ month. You get your moneys worth but it sux that the equipment is so run down! There are so many hazards. My kid loves it and we will probably still come back tho.
