Terrible customer service from a girl named Caroline. I asked her where I could find something and she simply said she didn't know and brushed me off when I asked for follow up questions. Not sure what her problem was and looked annoyed.

The amount of people pissed off due to the return window. Return window closes at 7pm (which is hella early). I learned my lesson the day prior but didn’t argue like others but I was def pissed off. The next day had another return but now I saw the rage in others. Anyway, long lines of purchasing and felt crowded for seemingly big Walmart. I mean I won’t be returning but it’s alright. Not a regular for Walmart stores. Store def needs more flexibility and assertiveness (esp with the return line).

Small and never enough workers there. Hire more people... THE WORST LOCATION. They need to fire the current manager. Hire a manager that knows what he is doing.

Worst Walmart in the history of Walmarts, no one cares, no one knows anything, no stars is the correct rating, please close this store.
However, krissey who works in returns, is the lone exception, she was friendly, efficient and so pleasant, she needs a promotion and and increase in pay.

Great Walmart supercenter. Plenty of free parking. Close to Huntington Beach although there is a closet one but that one is neighborhood store; not supercenter.

I like location... But, everything is mediocre. Always messy shelves, not enough cashiers, & when they're full of employees...no one is working. Just standing around talking to each other.

What the hell!
I’ve just bought 25 bottles handsoap for my business, the walmart staff name SeBeth request me to upload all of 25 bottles of handsoap onto the counter then she scan one by one bottle and I have to unload all of them back to my cart! While she could count the number of handsoap bottle on my cart the multiple count onto computer to check them out fastestly as the other staff used to do that , or after count the total handsoap bottle she can hold just 1 bottle then scan 25times for check out faster!
I don’t think that the good idea when she did like that while many person waiting after me!
