Find another pharmacy! Half the time they don't have the prescription and it takes them forever to get insurance approval. May not matter to you but it does to me. Good luck

Worst attitude always from the pharmacist tech helping the pharmacist. Always super bad attitude, immediately always tells me the insurance doesn't cover the script every month when it does so I have to wait for a day for them to actually do their job to go back and get the medication. Maria is probably the worst I have encountered. Hoping they get new staff sooner than later they use to be amazing.

This place redefines incompetence. They literally never get anything right. Not even a simple refill. When they say something is ready, it never is. They do everything they can to make even the simplest transactions complicated. Worst of all, they make pathetic excuses and offer total indifference. We are done with this place. Save your sanity and go anywhere else.

The pharmacist who helped me, I believe her last name is Nguyen, was amazing.Definitely not looking forward to getting my booster shot and in a piss-pore mood about it, I was distracted by her upbeat and positive attitude. She was very quick to help out and definitely made what would normally be a dark smudge on an otherwise ok day... not quite so bad...It's not easy to deal with customers all day and but she made my day better.I honestly appreciated the vibe in this small but very tidy Walgreens... Highly recommend

Where to start? If you can, go to an independent pharmacy. Avoid going through the drive thru at all costs. They do Covid testing and if two cars in front of you are in line for that you will wait 30-45 minutes.

Took a Covid test on 12/13/2021. Lab still hasn't received it as of 12/18/2021. This location is not friendly and does not care if you have to cancel a trip. It's as though they purposely want to sabotage your plans. All other clinics and locations have a 2-3 day turnaround knowing that that companies want you to test within 72 hours of your plans. (Nobody asks for a test 7-10 days prior to plans.) I don't know if it's only this location that FAILS to send your test to the lab. I've never had this happen before at other testing sites or clinics.

I needed to pick up my prescription and they advertised being open until 9pm. It's barely 8pm right now, and they were closed! I understand closing shop up earlier if its dead, but at least keep the drive thru open to take care of the customers who need their medication! Every other time I've been in there, they have been okay in customer service. Not the best Walgreens I've been to, but this definitely made it one of the worst.

Always professional and courteous. I was just about to follow up on having a prescription refilled (my responsibility) and just received a voicemail that it is ready to be picked up. They always have my prescriptions in stock too.
