This has been my go to store for 30 years, but today I had the worst experience. I did self checkout and noticed one of my "for U" deals wasn't applied so I asked the worker in the self check out to help me. I'm going to call her Becky because that's the name on the receipt she finally gave me for my refund, but she was not wearing a nametag. I waited while Becky went and chatted to other workers laughing and then I gave up and finished my checkout and went to the customer service desk. I talked to one of my regular cashier's who was clocking out for lunch and she told Becky that I was waiting for her. Becky said she knew and would be right with me. Becky then cleared all the hand carry baskets out of the self check lanes and took them to the entrance before she came to assist me. Guess I know where I rate (below the baskets). Becky was argumentative when she helped me and said she'd need to talk to her manager. I stayed at the desk, then I heard Becky (with her back to me) ask soneone for their credit card. I asked if she was talking to me and told her I don't have a credit card and that I used Google Pay. Her response was, "well, we'll see if this works." It did. Becky then handed me my receipt and said, "there you go." Having not been treated respectfully, I didn't thank her and just took my receipts. Becky hollered after me, "you're welcome." So annoyed I talked to the manager about her right in front of her. This level of service makes me want to shop Trader Joe's.

The amount of ads played over the loudspeaker while shopping is overwhelming. One song, two ads, repeat. It makes the shopping experience a pain and I’ve started shopping elsewhere because of it. Please fix this.

This store is the most disgusting and filthy. The outdoor entrances smell like urine from the homeless. The floors look like they never been cleaned or replaced since it opened. Stay away.

I have shopped at this store for over 7 years and it has gone completely down hill. I am changing stores officially now, besides the fact that the shelves are always empty, deli workers are so rude, rotten meat always available for purchase as well as produce. The last straw for me was 3 days ago I bought some ground beef (as always checking the expiration date) that expired in a week and after day 2 in the fridge went completely dark brown and smelled rotten. I returned it today and the desk up front had me go back and show the butcher??? Why?? How does meat go rotten in 2 days in a cold refrigerator that doesn't have an expiration date for a week? Honestly this kind of thing has happened at this store to me multiple times. Still love the people there though, they have no control...you can tell.

The gal which mostly runs the self checkout, long blonde hair named Christine, on two separate occasions has treated me like a thief. The first time I asked for help downloading a digital coupon for a product I had seen in one of the aisles. She advised the Wi-Fi wasn't good in the store and that I should have downloaded the coupon at home. Well, if I would've known about it, I would have. The special was buy one get one free on Starbucks bagged coffee instead of making sure I had two of them, and just punching in a code, she made me log out of the app and log back in. She even went so far as to tell me I might need to open a new account if it didn't work. I told her she was treating me like a thief and I am not gonna go home and download a new coupon to get more coffee. After about 15 minutes in the self check out, she finally took money off each product and adjusted the total. The second time she treated me badly I walked in with only a shoulder bag and a handheld basket. Then I saw a special on 12 packs of soda. I already had a few products in the bag. I walked through the self check out and let her know I was going to go get a cart and she was eyeballing me from head to toe as if I was going to walk out With what was in my grocery bag. I said, "I'll put this down right here since you're looking at me like I'm going to steal something'. I actually had to put my grocery bag on the ground near the trashcan so she would stop looking at me so rudely. I'm really tired of this lady's attitude. Every time I go through the self check out I make sure she's not working there. I don't know why she treats people this way, I'm not even dressed like I don't have a job. I hope she changes her attitude because not all people are thieves.

Employees by the name Becky T, Debbie, Nora, CJ, and Robert J. Are extremely helpful and strive to provide a excellent customerexperience. Each one of them deliver professionalism and a welcoming environment. I am always a satisfied customer on my regular visits. This location is always clean and well stocked and organized. All employees are team players to the max and respectful.

This Vons is stocked well, clean and organized. I especially like their floral department. They get fresh shipments of amazing flowers three times a week. I also like the service. Becky helped me with a return, and she was respectful and pleasant. Debbie and Rebecca have also helped me and have often greeted me and processed my order quickly and efficiently. The best part is the whole staff is very festive. During the holidays, they are decked out with holiday pins and necklaces. Yesterday, Robert was wearing some New Year's bling. Too much fun! Thanks Vons! This is my favorite store in the area.

I went here and the Deli was the greatest part. The worker helping me was Joba. She was doing a great job getting me my meats and cheeses for my cheese plater. She was excellent and in all honest deserves a raise.
