Vons Pharmacy is one of the busiest pharmacies. The staff is very polite, very helpful, professional, and very by-the-book. They do their very best to give the best customer service, are knowledgeable, and go above and beyond expectations to help. They are really good people. However, they are very busy and closed quite often near lunch time. They have a lunch period and were not open on weekends or past 5:00 p.m. during the quarantine. The pharmacy could probably use a little more staff. Customers have had no complaints and some have used the pharmacy for over 20 years, stating they will never switch.
Excellent staff and service. Great spot for vaccinations as well.

Worst customer service ever! Waited for over an hour for 1 prescription. Not one person was here before me now 15 have got there meds?!
