Great customer service today I was calling around in regards to my Honda a/c , I spoke with a man on the phone (didn’t catch his Name) that told me they extended the warranty’s for the a/cs on some Hondas so I called and he was right! He saved me so much money I’m sure, and I really appreciate how honest he was with me especially being a single female getting your car worked on can be very intimidating. If I ever need anything worked on with my car he will be who I will be seeing in the future and now a place I would recommend. Please go and give them a try. Thankyou guys so much for being so kind !

My wife and I’s Jeep Renegade had a throttle body issue and we brought it in expecting the price to be far out of our budget. Looking at reviews and then meeting Carlos and their Service Advisor my hopes only grew higher. The part couldn’t be brought in until after the weekend since we went on a Friday. Despite some mix up, Carlos drove an hour to get the part for us so we could have our Jeep Monday afternoon. Otherwise we would’ve been down another day since it’s our only vehicle. And it was well within the budget!! Thank you so much for all your efforts and hard work. We’ll be back for more services

I am sooooooo SO HAPPY I found a genuinely GOOD, FAIR & HONEST shop to take my vehicle to. I was very skeptical to try yet another auto shop as I've been raked over the coals, and bent over with no Vaseline so many times before. ? It's painful you know.Now, I can put my fears to rest and I firmly believe I've found the best. These guys were honest as to what I did and did NOT NEED. They did not call with a laundry list of repairs or try to pressure me in any way. The quote they gave me was fair and the work was completed and correct and done before the end of their work day which was a PLUS for me. Thank you Dave, Omar and Staff for an exceptional first time experience. I have finally found my GO TO SPOT for my vehicle needs. Thank you Val & Mike for training the guys to do it right. I was having trouble with the truck's AC and tried to diagnose it myself. It was low on refrigerant so I recharged the system. Still seemed to have issues. I checked both low and high pressure ports and something was off. I didn't want to keep chasing a gremlin, so I called Dave at Beach Cities. He was very upfront about how they would approach it, listed probable root causes, would check with me before making any repairs, and keep any defective parts for my inspection. Turns out the compressor was on the way out and the condenser had about 10 pinhole leaks. They replaced those, did a leak test, recharged the system and it works great now. When I was reviewing the truck, I noticed that they even replaced a bolt that was missing from my skid plate! Great stuff!

I've used Beach Cities in the past and was happy with Service / Pricing - I had a lot of work done recently and was very happy with the honesty and customer service provided. I have just accidentally started restoring my truck and I hope that this shop is comfortable doing upgrade / aftermarket work because I'd love to use then again to get my truck running the way I want in the end!Services: Transmission

Me Beach Cities Auto Repair Service& AC was recommended by a friend of mine who has been taking all the family's cars for oil changes and other maintenance for several years. I've brought my Honda Accord in a couple of times for a scheduled oil change, and a minor problem with the trunk lock has also been fixed. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Oh, yes, once again I had an unpleasant sound while braking and driving. It turned out that the brake pads on the rear wheels had failed. The guys from the service were able to quickly find inexpensive pads, clean the brake calipers and replace the pads. I barely had time to drink a cup of coffee and eat a croissant.

Omar helped me out immensely with some anti- catalytic converter theft gear on my Prius. I also come here frequently for my oil changes. They work super fast. Everyone here has such great customer service and they make me feel at home with their complimentary coffee, tea or water that they offered me! The waiting room is so cozy and they have free Wi-Fi so I could get work done while I wait for my car! Definitely returning for any future car concerns and I would recommend this business to friends and family!

I was going to them for the last few years and was happy until my last visit. I had a scheduled oil service and also mentioned that my overhead dome light wouldn't turn on when the door was opened but it would come on if I pressed the button so I knew it wasn't a bulb issue. It was a new guy who I dealt with and when I picked up my car,he said to be on the lookout for 2 possible issues. I didn't really pay attention and was going to look at the receipt/invoice later but there was no mention of anything it in which was really disappointing. When I asked about the dome light, he said it was an expensive part at the dealership and I thought they were going to get back to me on a price but 3 weeks later still nothing. I also had my check engine light come on a week later and the maintenance required notification came on as well which they didn't clear. It wasn't the first time that had happened but based on their lack of follow up or including relevant information on possible issues, I decided I'm not going back again. I even left feedback for them about this and nothing. I did end up having an issue with an engine piece that I got fixed ar the dealership and I will never know if it was something that the guy mentioned or what since nothing was ever noted on my last visit. I wanted to support a local business even though their hours aren't convenient (only Mon-Fri until 5pm) and had to adjust my work schedule to get there early enough to have them service my car. I'm looking for another place to take my car in the future and just frankly disappointed that their level of service went down so much in just one visit.

They were very helpful. Excellent service. They found some additional needed repairs when they took the car apart but they only charged me for the additional parts but no additional labor. I was very happy with that!

We had our truck come in for a new transmission. This place was charged us half than what South Coast Toyota was gonna charge! They finished within a week and our Tacoma is running well and happy! Geosyntec will always take their trucks there.Service: Transmission

Thanks so much for all your help today ken! They were able to take a look at my car the same day which I so appreciated. I didn't feel like I was trying to be up sold a ton of stuff. My breaks were done same day, great price and so efficient and nice and all the good things :) I will be back for sure. Thanks for making my day less stressful.
