Once again, nothing is ever done about the fact that Andy is late every day. He has been coming 1 to 5 minutes late recently but still has to open the system, open the dooe for the delivery driver, ect so when he arrives at 835 we don't get served till 845. Today, he was 15 minutes late, and I didn't walk out till 9:05am. Yesterday 10 minutes late. I don't understand...

Andy is late almost everyday and sometimes 10 to 15 minutes. Makes no sense that the US post office opens late because someone can't leave the house early enough to make it to work on time. Sad

This cute little place is like part of a movie set; there are only two service windows in it. The employees are pleasant and helpful and best of all, letters and packages seem to get to their destinations more quickly than if I mail out of Seal Beach. Occasionally parking is a hassle, but I usually run other errands and come back and park with no problem.

It seems like a nice little shack near the beach, but it's usually busy, parking can be a hassle.Unfortunately, I have to use this place regularly. One clerk near retirement is weird and the LEAST helpful. I can't stand coming in when he's working. He does the absolute minimum work. He gets an attitude if you ask for anything that requires him to do more work.Although, one worker is always helpful and friendly : ) so grateful for that.USPS needs to install individual addresses/mailboxes for Sunset Beach. This little post office is not sufficient anymore. Needs to be razed.

Usually busy. Parking can be a hassle sometimes. Too small and slow for the current population. It was probably a friendly, hospitable place decades ago, but now most people around here are grouchy. There's one friendly worker that does outstanding service, but otherwise I can't stand coming here.

Wow, the clerk was the least helpful I have ever experienced. Waited for him to come to the window, he seemed irritated when I finally realized I had to ring a bell to get him to come out from wherever he was hiding or hanging out in the back. Couldn't help with my shipping needs, told me I had to do everything on my own and come back. Plenty of other shipping service companies that are way more helpful, and pleasant.

My new neighborhood post office! I am so glad my consistent atrocious experiences with the post office off Warner and Goldenwest led me here. If you're not careful you'll miss it in a blink of an eye. It's a shack sized post office but does the job just fine! Even though there are only two tellers at most, they offer better service than any post office I've ever been to, and with a smile! They do not have a self service station kiosk here, FYI, but who needs one when you can have a jovial experience with a human! I've been here three times since, and during my very first time was helped by the Postmaster herself, Graciela. Since, I've encountered another gentleman and Andy, who have both been so pleasant. I feel a little bashful that I'm totally geeking out over a post office but I do alot of shipping for my business so it's a big deal to me. Parking is an easy veer off to the side on PCH, or a handful of spots on their property. Just when I thought all government run institutions were a crap shoot, this place gives me a little more hope in the world...Not to mention it's located a few yards away from the sandy beach. Life is beautiful!

I understand why the mail system is failing. This post office is a key example. An organized and slow.

This is the best post office I've been to. It's really small & lowkey off of PCH. The employees were really friendly. I only waited in line for a few minutes. I'll come back for sure.

One of the least helpful post office I have been to every time I go to the desk. The attendant is either talking to the person behind me rather than attending to the issue I waited in line to address or tell me they can't help and to go else where because they can't scan the shipping label I brought in and told me to do it myself. So I left.

I work for a ups store, and I had a customer call for a quote while he was here. Grace answered, and this man had hearing trouble so he put it on speakerphone. Grace was so rude, cutting him off before he finished his question and hung up on him with nothing more than a curt "BYE." So Grace, Don't be a b*tch to your customers. Or just quit. If you can't be nice, stay out of customer service. And to customers: If you go to this post office, BEWARE OF GRACE. She's the worst. Hopefully everyone else working there is nicer.

This is the best USPS I have ever visited. Located right on PCH in Sunset Beach, the place is tiny and well kept, with a pretty colorful mural painted on the outside. Supplies are well stocked and organized, and the interior is clean and seemingly never crowded. They also have a great selection of decorative stamps. The man who works here named Andy is helpful, kind, and professional. He is very knowledgeable of shipping rates, and always helps my boyfriend and I send packages for the best possible price. Going to the post office does not have to be a stressful experience if you come here.
