This is for USPS in general. Never send packages, spent $1500 sending them through the mail and they destroyed all of the boxes, open and falling apart. Most worthless employees on the planet.

I enjoy visiting my local post office because the customer service I receive is outstanding. Kevin, Don and GW provide the best solutions to mailing, as well as work to give the customer the best rates. This office understands how time is important so they work diligently to provide efficient results.

Great employees. They are all very friendly and helpful! This location has a terrible parking lot, though. It’s an all out war with people backing up from everywhere and running stop signs. I always use the automated postal center to buy stamps and postage for packages. The lines are always very long to see someone at the counter. You can also get a PO Box at this location, which you can access 24/7.

There's a one way entrance and exit to their parking lot, so slow down as you approach. Otherwise you'll miss the entry. You can also park in the parking lot next to it, which has 24 hour fitness, Subway sandwiches, an Italian eatery, and other stores. The line can sometimes move slowly here, similar to other post offices.

No job too small for the Ida Jean Haxton Post Office. A Postal Worker mowing the grass. I've observed this senior person assisting customers upon request, cleaning lobby and now gardening. Kudos to duty and arduous work!

Never thought I’d leave a review for a post office but thank you so much to the very stylish staff member in the fuchsia suit who went out of her way to help out with mailing my package! She has such an infectious and positive energy that even the post office was a good experience!

Such a great experience here after going to the location near Harbor and Adams and having a terrible experience. Truly the workers here need a bonus, everytime I have gone they have been so helpful and sweet.

The staff here are incredible! It was such a nice experience. I’m switching from my usual post office on Riverside Ave. and will be going here from now forward.
