They are not courteous like staffs at USPS office in Irvine

The staff in this post office is not helpful, I had money order that I didn’t use it and I bought from them and I had receipt and my ID , didn’t want to give my money, I went to another post office and got my money without any hard time. They need to hire better people for this post office. Every time I came to this post office people are screaming because staff is not helpful. Hopefully management can do their work better

I just had the worst experience of passport service. I had an appointment for passport application and spent more than an hour there before being helped. The woman who help me was an amateur and wasted so much of my time. She did not know what she’s doing and being rude to me. When l voice my concern I was treated rudely by other employees. If you have a choice please do not come to this location at all cost. I can not wait for the time when we can do everything on line and ne done with usps for good.

I just left this Post Office in tears based on the disgusting way one of the workers talked to me. I've never filled out a custom's order to send something overseas. The way I was treated for not knowing how to do something was not okay by any means. I can only imagine how many people she has made feel so small and dumb over something so small. I've never spoken to anyone like she just spoke to me. It completely ruined my day when I was so excited to send a hand painted piece to a friend. Very upsetting and hope she doesn't spread her miserable energy to anyone else.
