I have a Bose Wave Radio that would not "talk" to my multi-disc changer. A radio repair shop wanted to dig into my radio and replace all kinds of electronics. That's when I found out about USAV Solutions' update disc. I ordered one and inserted it into the Wave Radio's changer and the disc updated the radio in less than 15 seconds. The radio now commands the multi-disc player without a hitch.

I ordered from this company/site after having been scammed by another. And I got exactly -- exactly -- what I wanted and ordered. I have wanted a Bose radio since it came out in the '80's but it was always more than I wanted to pay. Now I got what I wanted, and it is exactly as I hoped it would be. The transaction and shipping were top-notch. Five stars to this outfit.

I have had two Bose remotes model RC38T1-27 stop working and bought a third. In searching for the third I found these guys. I sent them both broken remotes and they were repaired and returned to me within a week. I have researched why these remotes stop working and the causes are pretty simple - basically breakages to a physical component that can be repaired if you have the tools and confidence to use them. USAV has both the tools and the knowledge. More importantly they have great customer service. I am completely satisfied with their service and now I have three working remotes! Obsessive, but it is good to know that my Bose system will have a longer life because of this repair service.

The service on my BOSE 5-CD changer was superb. They determined what needed to be fixed and they fixed it at the pre-agreed price. Once they determined what had failed in the unit, they phoned and reported out. I gave the green light and within a week, the unit was fixed and on its way back to me. Their system made it a cakewalk to get the unit to them and then receive it back. An outstanding service at a very fair price.

We sent our Bose cd player for repair. Received a phone call telling me they would have to replace the drive and the cost. Very reasonable and prompt. Would use them again. I am a fan.

Finally I found USAV website which I have been looking for a Bluetooth for my Bose Lifestyle. I have not been using it in years. I'm enjoying the surround sound in my living room. I called the Bose company but they are no help. Now I know where to shop for my future Bose peoductsand the online prices are competitive. I called thier tech. support very friendly to assist me and very patient over the phone and was able to guide me step by step process. KUDOS to USAV. Chicago guy

Very reliable company. I had some initial problems with a part not working and they were eager to help work out the issue and insure I was a satisfied customer. New parts came in today and everything is working great. They will even provide a YouTube video to show how to install parts. Also, the way they pack these products for shipping is commendable!!
