The young Asian gal had a REAL bad attitude when I was there today. Her answer to everything was "I don't know" and it was clear that my presence was a bother to her. There were no other customers, but I think she wanted to get back to her personal conversation with the loan guy in the booth next to her space. She wouldn't even sit down and assist me, she just answered all my questions with non-answers and a real snotty attitude. I didn't get her name...but I will next time.

The Bank manager Shahrzad Varjoy was not very compassionate. My father past away and had an account with 700.00 balance. No one knew of this account everyone thought it was closed. I received a statement saying the account was being charged a 5.00 a month fee for a dormant account. I went their and spoke to the manager and asked to have fee's waived since he pasted away and no one knew of the account. She said no since it was dormant so the bank deducted 50.00. She then issued a cashier's check for balance as I closed account. When I tried to cash check they wanted 7.00 to cash check. I called customer service and they told me it was up to Branch manager to waive the fees. They could do nothing. If you bank there you should consider changing your Bank or Branch.

I usually go to the one in Costa Mesa their service is fast and friendly. The girl that helped me here wasn't rude or mean, she just made me feel uncomfortable. I always cash my check in Costa Mesa but I leave near this branch. She said she was unable to cash because I didn't have the money to cover it(I only use this account for auto pay) I use cash only. I told her that was fine, I would take it to the CM branch she said she could call them. So you can do it just don't want to if I don't name drop the branch manager? Anyways she made feel horrible and uncomfortable. I guess I'll switch to B of A so I don't have this issue anymore. 11 year customer gone.

Best bank ever! They know your name and never let anyone wait in line! They put other banks to shame. I would never leave a bank that treats me this good. I'll stay with them for many years to come.

Got to go to the Bank, Starbucks Anyone? When have you ever had a bank manager ask you if you wanted a starbucks coffee while you are having your new bank account opened. REALLY? Yes this is the kind of bank where they care and yes we live in a capitalistic society so banks might try to sell you something like free $75 to open a bank account or something...but back to the starbucks REALLY yes they do have one right inside the Vons store so order your hot morning coffee or afternoon tea and do your banking before it's even ready to be sipped. I dont just do my personal banking here... As a businessman running a muti-state corporation I think it's awesome I never have to wait in line (almost never) and I can re-up on prosciutto and brie at the same time as I discuss my credit card processing and my multiple bank accounts. I find it hard to believe anyone would leave these guys a bad service remark truthfully I have seen nothing but military style dedication to customer service and a good experiences for the customers I have witnessed. Then again they let anyone into grocery stores these days. I thought their approach was dynamic and personal. It's my honest opinion that they have one of the most detailed and premium banking experiences you can have in Orange County much less in a Von's grocery store at springdale and Edinger in Huntington Beach CA. Go open an account over there and if you don't love it I would be shocked. Their online banking experience is amazing and their credit card processing is easy and very user friendly...talk to Jesse for all your business banking technology tell them M.J. Proctor said "Keep up the good work"

I was going to actualy change banks... then I moved and found out my original bank is inside the Vons right across the street. Based on convenince alone, they just saved this account. I went in for a cashier's check for my new apartment, and the teller was very nice and helpful. This teller was awesome! She waived the fees associated to the cashier's check for me just to be nice, gave me extra envelopes, and insured she had the correct spelling of the payee name - very thorough! Even tho it's inside the grocery store, with apples and oranges literally right behind you, for a first experince at the bank nearest my new place, this one is A-OK in my book.
