This is my fav UO in the area! The layout of the store is spacious and all of the merchandise is displayed beautifully which makes it too easy to shop. The sales associates are always in the best mood and more than willing to help. The managers here are always friendly and helpful as well. I came in before my online order was ready and the whole team did their best to have my items ready when I got there. There was a little bit of a complication with my order but the manager was amazing at figuring it out. It’s hard to visit any other location when this one is so pleasant!

When leaving the store after buying items white employee with short blonde hair stopped us to check our bags but when two other girls left 30 seconds before us they didn't stop them. I don't like getting accused of stealing when i payed for stuff. DO BETTER.

The staff at the pacific city store was incredible! We were there with my special needs son and they went over and above to accommodate us.So kind, flexible and helpful- excellent staff!!!
