Can't get over how awesome this place and everyone who works there is! Chloe at the front was so sweet and the owners are so unbelievably kind to care for my sweet old dog every time. Rusty is very old so he needs special accommodations/ (non busy work hours) to come in for his manicure/pedicure and they always are so friendly and helpful while making it happen! I appreciate the kindness I feel from you guys when I hand over my precious baby and I am totally comfortable knowing he's in great hands. Thank you for all you do for my baby :')

Took my corgi here for the first time today and i will 100000% be bringing him back! we've had issues grooming him at home so we thought taking him to the groomers was the next best option. Uptown was more than understanding of my dog's quirks and special needs and he came out looking clean as a button! He even came out with a bandana Thank you Uptown Spa!!!

I am re writing my review, after getting a call from the owners owning up to the scheduling fiasco, I have been taking my dogs here for over six months maybe closer to a year and they always do a awesome job as well as treating my dogs with kindness , I appreciate anyone that owns up to the mistake and tries to make it rite , Bravo to uptown dog spa in HB , they did exactly that , so in all fairness I have changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 star, once again thank you uptown spa for owning the mistake !

The best! A few years ago we rescued our dog and then I found out I was allergic. I wasn’t allergic to my previous dog, so this was a big surprise. With regular treatments, I have been so unbothered that we get to snuggle with her every night in our bed. Forever grateful✨?✨

We have been bringing our dog to uptown paw for almost a year now and I have nothing but great things to say about the mother and daughter owners and how they run this daycare. My dog is practically choking himself trying to get in to see his friends when we drop him off in the mornings. Parisa is the most talented groomer we have ever had and you can tell that she has love and compassion for every dog there. I can’t recommend this daycare enough and I’m so happy my dog has a safe place to play while I’m at work.

We take our boxer to Uptown for grooming & daycare. She absolutely loves going there. She becomes a total loony when she knows she’s going. They love her & are so kind to her. Highly recommend

Uptown Paw is the most amazing dog hotel - EVER!! They are the only people I trust my dogs with. Their level of care is unlike any other place. I have two weiner dogs that need extra care and caution and they go above and beyond. They also cannot be groomed like traditional dogs and they do such a beautiful job every single time. Parisa and Roya are magic! I would 1000000% recommend them to everyone!

We have tried the boarding, grooming, and day care services multiple times. Our yorkie loves coming here and always seems to come home relaxed and happy. His grooming is cut well, smells great, and leaves his skin/hair soft. I frequent the shopping center for other errands and see them individually walking and taking great care of the puppers. Blue will be coming back and I’m so thankful to have found a place that treats my dog with the love, respect, and importance like their own pet. Thank you Uptown.

We've been taking our dog Winnie to Uptown Paw for daycare three times a week for the past year and have had an absolutely phenomenal experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and Winnie has a great time and always wants to stay for little bit longer. We've also had Winnie groomed and boarded here and have had nothing but positive experiences. We feel so lucky to have found a place where we can reliably drop off Winnie and know that she is cared for and having fun.

This place is a super gem for our pets members. We had 2 dogs staying for 1 week. When we picked them up, they were so clean, fresh and smelled so nice. I can see the high quality, great services, clean and "Pawsity" care at this resort. We definitely come back for our paw members.

So, so good we have a 5 year old dog that has never been left alone and we have a wedding in Chicago in the fall so have begun the process of getting her acquainted with a boarding facility and Uptown Paw has been so great. Staff is lovely, highly recommend.
