UPS makes shipping and dropping off packages so easily! The staff at this location I've been to has always been incredibly helpful and the facility is always very clean and organized. Mike and his team there are always in high spirits and very much willing to help answer any questions and make your shipping/mailing needs very easy! AND! Affordable

My UPS Store is close to my home, convenient to other stores, and most importantly they have a great staff. The workers are very nice and attentive, and they know what they’re doing. It’s always a pleasure stopping in to pick up my mail, drop off an Amazon return, or ship something. Keep up the good work Huntington Harbour, CA location!

If you have any printing or shipping needs go to this UPS store!! The customer service I received from everyone was exceptional!! The Manager Sarah went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied!! You have a customer for life!?

This UPS store is WONDERFUL. We had an issue tracking a package that we shipped there several days ago. OWEN WAS SO GREAT! He spent like 15 minutes with me, went WAY above and beyond to help me figure it out. He got to the bottom - we were able to locate and track my package!
The problem was i only had partial info. I AM SOOO HAPPY bc it was important package and i was afraid it was lost. THANK YOU OWEN - you ROCK!!!!!

Reggie helped me at the UPS Algonquin store, and made me feel comfortable as I just moved back to this area from Long Beach. I been using the UPS by my old neighborhood for 8 years plus. Now I will use this UPS location while living near Algonquin.

It's pretty convenient to be able to stop in and drop off Amazon returns without a hassle up until 6:30pm. Give yourself plenty of time though because this location gets busy in spurts and don't always have enough people working.

The notary here (Nate) went above and beyond to help me prove to a governing body that I did in fact, send the proper paperwork they requested. He was able to prove it by taking great notes of the detailed documents I had him notarize. The court who is giving me trouble has been nothing but a gaslighting headache but luckily, Nate came thru for me here. Thank goodness.
