I went to Unique Auto in Huntington Beach today to speak with Alberto on a referral I had from my cousin. It was totally last minute, and thankfully he had time to help me out as I was in dire need for service for my CRV. Everything was done to the letter as he promised in a timely, professional, and efficient manner. His Customer Service was bar none and I am now going to be a client for Life! Thank you doesn’t cover how much you helped me out today, but thank you so much !!!

Trust is earned and Albert at Unique Auto has earned my trust. Over the years, Albert has fixed our Mercedes, 2 BMW's and an Audi. He has always been available by phone, works hard and accommodates my schedule. If you need a mechanic to figure out a problem and fix it affordably, Albert at Unique Auto is highly recommended.

Sadly, my previous mechanic that I trusted so much passed away a couple of years ago, so went to a couple of other shops and was taken advantage of, being told items were repaired/replaced only to find out later this was not the case. Also, other items were repaired so poorly that it cost more to fix later on. I became so discouraged that I decided to just go to the Valvoline drive through oil change shop to get my oil changed periodically and have the fluids checked at that time. Then, my mother recommended Robert. He was very honest and reasonable and when I picked up my car and drove it home, I could not believe the difference in just the drive alone and sound of the engine. It sounded like it did when I first bought the car. I was truly so impressed with the service and quality work. I had been so stressed out about car repairs, especially since I know nothing about cars, so I am very grateful to have found Robert. Thank you for the great service and looking forward to a lifetime relationship

Super fair and honest. BMW tried to stick a $12,000 quote on me to fix an oil leak and said I needed to replace the pan, replace my axel boot and more. My coworker recommended me Roberto and said her and her family has been coming here for years. I gave Roberto a shot and he said it would cost me $2300 to fix everything. He thoroughly explained everything to me. I haven't had any issues with my car after the repairs. I have also started going to Roberto for all my tune ups, oil changes and etc. going on 3 plus years with him! Highly recommend him. Hard to find someone to trust in this field.

Albert is one of the best mechanics I've ever taken my vehicles to. He is honest and will give you a true estimate of what it will take to repair your vehicle. I will continue to use Albert as my mechanic and I will be recommending Unique Auto to my family and friends.

Please do not support this business. I have never come across someone who is as RUDE and INCONSIDERATE as Richard. Mind you I was only there for approximately 3 minutes and the whole conversation was him bashing me for going to Auto Zone to have them check why my "service engine soon" light was on. (I spoke to him on the phone before I came in and told him this) It got to a point where I even had to ask him to please stop because I did not feel comfortable continuing to have to explain and defend myself. He simply put down his scanner and told me he would not help me and just walked away leaving me standing in the middle of the garage. All of this because I went to Auto Zone...despite physically being there and ready to give him my business?! Talk about a temper tantrum. Get it together. I have never experienced worse service than that. I will be filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Thanks Richard! Leave your ego at the door next time. You're not the only auto repair & smog place around.

Richard, who works there, is great and honest. He is dedicated to finding out what is wrong with your car and is not about ringing you up for non-sense on your car. He does smog checks too!
