Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. Cashiers were so nice, and the floor associates were very knowledgeable and helped me find a new foundation that works with my skin type after the one I normally use was no longer in stock. Such lovely ladies.
And shout out to David with the curly hair (I think that was their name) for being so helpful and really understanding while assisting us through a challenging online order process. My favorite Ulta I’ve been to by far.

Truly every single employee is a gem at this location, but DAVID in particular is a STAR. Friendly, inviting, knowledgable. If he isn’t a manager, make him one!! Kudos to the team for being so great.

My daughter and I went to Ulta today to get our brows done. Richard was our brow person. He was so nice and helpful and knows what he is doing. It was a great experience!!! Thanks Richard!!!

My wife went in to pick up some things for our trip. She was very disappointed that she couldn't get anyone to help her. Eventually she left because the associates were talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers.

This review is for Dana W. (Hair Stylist). If you are searching for someone to cut/ color your hair Dana is your girl! She is super sweet & so knowledgeable. I left so happy with my hair cut & even booked my next appointment to get a balayage done. Which I am very much looking forward to. If you are searching for your next hair stylist, Dana is amazing ! Great communication, she listened to what I wanted to achieve for my hair inspo & even broke down the prices of everything which I appreciated. Thank you again!! I'm so happy I found Dana, can't wait for my next appointment & future ones after that!

Very poor customer service at this store. After looking thru the ulta catalog that was mailed to my house, I noticed there was 30% off select mascaras. I tried to purchase my mascara online but the 30% off was not coming up. I chatted with the chat bot for 20 mins and they offered 10% off. I said I'll just go in store and deal with the 30% off not coming up. I get to the store and the employee tried to tell me it was a limited promotion for mascara week and it was over. She called the manager neither one of them had the catalog in the store. They would not honor the discount even though it's in their current catalog with a full page mascara ad stating 30% off! She said it doesn't explicitly say the dates in the catalog but it was for a promotion that already ended. The catalog prices are valid from 2/16 thru 3/7 and today is 2/27. I was buying other things and I just left everything on the counter and walked out. It's the principle. Ulta should honor the price in the catalog. PERIOD. Seems like bait and switch to me.

I had a recommendation for one of the hair stylists and was scheduled for the first time to see her. At the last minute, she was unfortunately out sick. I really needed to get my roots done so they scheduled me with Dana who is new to Ulta but has many years of experience. All I can say, is "Wow". I really lucked out. Dana was really good and did a great color match. She also provided invaluable information as to why my hair wasn't growing out and recommended some products. I was really impressed with her and will definitely be back to see her. Kudos, Dana for doing such a great job!

Wanted to buy some perfume to smell better. The store associate showed me a $120, designer perfume and I was told I'm out of luck if I wanted something in the $40 to $60 range. They did have perfumes in that price range, but I guess the store associate wanted me to fork over extra. My friend ended up giving me advice instead of her. Otherwise, they had a large selection, but I hate being pressured to spend outside my price range.
