I purchased the Daily Knit and Phenom Cuater product line of shoes by Travis Matthew and was severely disappointed. The perception on the website and hype for these shoes was, unfortunately, what they turned out to be. I was expecting a high-quality shoe after purchasing both products at a high-quality price. The Travis Matthew philosophy states, "As a premier men's lifestyle brand, TravisMathew has created versatile, everyday apparel that seamlessly transitions from work to play. With a smart blend of performance and innovative design, each product is crafted to achieve a perfect balance between functional comfort and superior style. In other words, we make the clothes you can actually live in". Unfortunately, that is different from what either style of these shoes offers. They need to be better built, and the eyelets are spaced oddly, so they do not look right when you tie them. I had high hopes when I ordered both pairs of shoes but was devasted when I found out how poor the quality and design were for a premium brand shoe. Until Travis Matthew makes a better quality shoe with better eyelets and fit, I will be choosing competitors. I fee like I am wearing kids shoes

Buyer beware! Worst exchange policy in the retail industry! If you buy a red dot sale item you can’t return it even a day later with receipt for the exact same item in a different size! Their items also seem to run small so try on first since their sales associates do not make you aware of their pathetic exchange policy when you buy your items and they have no signs stating it. Pathetic customer policy’s at Travis Matthew’s! Hire someone smarter over your customer experience!

I would have given them a 5 star rating, but I have purchased several T-shirts and all of them have "BACON" necks. Not what I expected with this brand.

Poor Customer Service.On Black Friday, I found a piece of Outerwear clothing that was marked down about 55%. I love Travis Mathew product and was super excited to score such a great deal. Since I'm unfamiliar with this particular style, I used their size calculator to determine the right size. It asks you questions about your body type, height, weight, etc, then recommends the proper size. So it put me in a Large...which, based on other clothes I've purchased from Travis, seemed right. I recieved the item and it was too big. No big deal, right!? Just return and exchange for the proper size for the same price, just like most retailers are offering to ensure customer satisfaction....quite the contrary. Not only will they not offer to exchange the product for the right size for the same price, they even make you pay for the cost of shipping to the return the product. Atleast that's their intention. If you call and complain, they will waive the $5.99 return shipping fee. I mean, c'mon guys, pretty cheap play. Maybe I'm ignorant, or naive...regardless, it's my experience and it's a bad one. You either lose a few dollars on the exchange, or lose every potential future dollar earned through customer loyalty.

First off I do need to disclose THIS STORE IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. I don't even like really referring to it as a store, but I had the privilege of coming here because of an employee referral (which is necessary to be able to visit) a little while back, and it was such a pleasure! Liv and Melanie were so helpful and attentive while I was shopping for my husband. The experience was so cool... This showroom is very private, located inside their corporate office building and requires an employee to set you up with an appointment to enter, especially during COVID times from what I've been told.

Don't shop on their on-line store. I bought a few items for my husband. I returned 2 items and only got refund for 1 item. When I disputed it Caitlyn says I only returned 1 item. She refused to research. I had to threaten to dispute it with my credit card before she asked for my shipping label which showed the weight of my return shipment. I ended up getting the full refund almost 2 months later. Ridiculous. As much as we shop at this store I was quite disappointed.
