“This was my first collision accident where I needed bodywork done. I didn’t know what to expect but was referred by Mercury for an inspection. Pleased to say I am beyond happy. Not only does my car look back to its best but I appreciated the sincerity and time the staff took to answer my questions. Also appreciate that the facility was clean, including waiting area bathrooms. Sometimes car places can be a less desired place to visit but I didn’t feel that here. Also liked that my car was washed after, it was a nice touch. Toyota HB won’t even do that with a warranty! You now have a lifetime customer!”

July 4 deals on the tires and maintenance service And I got a lifetime alignment special. He was working there all by himself on July 4 and he still was able to get my car done So I was really appreciative of his kindness and professionalism. A few months ago I did not have a very good experience here with the last manager, who I don’t believe is there any longer But I decided to give this location, a second chance and thanks to Matthew. “I am so grateful to Cody, he really really helped me and made my year! My back tires were both stabbed and I put the spare on one but it was smaller than the other tires, not to mention 21yrs old! I only had a certain amount of money and asked for 1 used tire but he made 2 tires happen for what I had!!! It was also less than an hour before closing and they already had multiple people in front of me and I only waited 45min!!! I have come here for a few years with my cars and they have always been great but I literally cried today because I was not expecting that amount of kindness and speed!!! So THANK YOU Cody! I won’t go anywhere else for my tires and I will tell everyone at my kids school to come here, since I am on the PTO I know A LOT of people in the area!!!”
“This place is awesome! I don't live in the city I knew my tire was low. So I stopped here to have them check it out. The sales guy Edgar was very professional and honest. Went all around and checked on my tires. My one tire had a nail in it the tire itself needed to be replaced. I'm having financial problems so he gave me a very good deal on a used tire. Edgar was very helpful of my problem. And didn't have to wait long thank you so much”
