Thank you Tilly's. My 13 year old daughter had an awkward purchasing experience at this store and the staff was amazing. Thanks especially to you, Barbee. Excellent customer service. Oh, and super cute clothing for youngsters. We will be back.

We stopped here today on a nice Black Friday to check out some nice stuff at Tillys. I purchased some things for gift ideas for friends and family. Good customer service here. I had never been to this location. My first real time, and i liked it.

The store manager Jada was very rude and decided to argue with me when I asked her why she kept sending the associate to ask us if we were ok. My husband and I were the only ones in the store and she and the other associate kept staring at us and asking us if we needed anything . We ended spending 300 dollars but when I asked if it’s there policy to repeatedly approach us if we needed something she said “well I’d much rather have someone upset that we over helped than under helped” I replied we are the only ones in the store and coming up to us 4 times made us uncomfortable and not want to spend money in her store. She rolled her eyes and walked away

this store will definitely make your day best as it was before, I will say hector barbie and hannah they deserve a pawl on the back great service!!I was devastated about a recent visit from another tillys and they sure made this visit 100x better!! thank you again for adjusting the price hector!! hopefully you and everyone there get a boost on their payed!

Came here to purchase some size 12 Black Converse Chuck Taylors high tops 09/12/2023.Unfortunately they didn't have any in my size. Fortunately Christina entered my life and in a matter of minutes I had the order placed and it would be shipped to my home address in a couple of days. I was so happy!!Thank you Christina for being awesome and helping me get the shoes I wanted. I appreciate the great customer service provided by Christina!!Did I mention Christina is awesome??Thank you Christina!!

I visited the store today and I felt completely harassed!!! I’m not sure if they discriminated me but I felt they were following me the whole time! FOUR PEOPLE APPROACHED ME (one approached me twice) and I just wanted to shop!! When I was trying some clothes on a guy knocked at my door asking if I needed help!! I told one of the girls that I understand that it might be part of the job but I felt completely harassed by the employees!

Clean store. I remember the girl up front being very friendly. Couldn't remember her name. But very lively and kind. I remember her saying "every day above ground is a good day" and I liked that. Dark hair and skin I believe. That employee saves the store with her energy. Otherwise, if you're looking for service and genuine help, maybe steer clear. Or maybe I just came on a bad day. But I wanted to buy some shoes initially then other clothes. But there was no help from anyone. The management seemed to be scarce and the other employees seemed less than thrilled to be at work - which, yeah, for what we're paying employees at the moment, I get, along with lack of benefits while the ceo makes millions per year - but there's still a structure to being a store and being an employee. Just buff your staff up on being more friendly and approaching.
