I called to check about exchanging a pair of pants that I purchased online. I had a few questions as to how the process would work. The person that answered the phone seemed bothered and rude. It's unfortunate because the pants are great quality too bad there customer service is not up to par.

Poor customer service. Did not respond to email or their website contact form. “Confirmation” was sent that order was shipped but it wasn’t and pants did not arrive in time for tournament. Went by the sizing online and sizing is wrong. Will now have to pay extra to ship back because they wouldn’t return calls to change the size before it was ACTUALLY shipped.

My daughter absolutely loves these pants, they are a bit longer than she likes, bitin her words a "tight scrunch is better than a baggy scrunch" ??♂️. Overall the fit is fantastic. Did not use the size chart just went by what she wears normally. She wears an XL in all other softball pants some more baggy than others, so we ordered an XL from here and they fit like a gluv. Will definitely order from here again.

If I could give negative reviews I would. Seriously the WORST customer service ever. They do not reply to emails, do not ship on time, returns or exchanges are a nightmare, even their CEO is checked out. So sad because you want to support a small American business and they are great pants, but look elsewhere. DO NOT GIVE THIS company your business.

A store dedicated to female softball players. Nice little store located off of a busy street in an industrial park. All products made in the USA. Nice helpful friendly employees.

Poor quality of material. Overpriced in comparison to other well made softball pants. Returns are a headache and the sizing is completely off in comparison to every other softball brand. Ordered a YL when we usually wear a YM thinking we would have room to grow. The YL was way too small. Ended up paying $25.00 for a return which is not refundable. Ridiculous. Will never order here again.

Horrible customer service. Uniforms are cute, and good enough quality for the little girls. But once they hit travel ball and more competitive play they fall apart so easily. So disappointed.

While I understand with covid the businesses are having a hard time it is unfortunate that this business will not have the same consideration for the customers. We live a distance from the shop and had a friend grab 2 pair of pants for my girls in feb. then all shut down with Covid and I was unable to exchange for different sizes because it had been too long. Standard black pants and still tagged. Come on, kind of ridiculous and selfish og Gluv. I would understand if we had actually purposely kept them this whole time, but I actually went in to exchange them A WEEK after they re-opened in person. They would not allow my kids to try anything on which was fine but then they KEPT THE PANTS SINCE THEN. They will not just let me get different sizes of the same pants. For the price they should have a little more consideration for their customers! I'm very disappointed in the customer service!

Not worth the price. Cheaply made and money down the drain. Customer service is awful and you get the runaround. They are definitely not taught how to handle customers. Sales stay up on the site even when expired and when you try to buy during the sale it's not honored. I only bought from here because my daughters softball coach pleaded that we buy this brand. He probably gets a cut of what's sold. Owner seems to care more about just getting this stuff out the door and collecting his money, so he can finance his knock off Italian men's athletic line. I'll be buying from Dicks in the future.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever. Abrasive and so disorganized. The uniforms are great looking, but the jerseys are cheap that tear and snag easily. Very overpriced. Do not use them!!

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. My daughter has worn gluv pants for years and has multiple colors right now in the same size. One of the pants she has we just bought in sept/oct has completely ripped on the inner seams. I paid alit of money for just 1 pair so all I wanted was an even exchange right. I called the office and spoke with Jonathan. After explaining that I didn't have the order information He told me as long as they aren't ripped from sliding we should be good and to just email pictures. So I did that and receiving such rude replies from Sylvia she first told me that after looking at the pictures my daughter needed bigger pants. That's completely offensive and no she doesnt need bigger pants. I even showed pics of the pans on my daughter with the extra room in the pants. The pants were defective. After sending a picture of the pants showing how much extra room the pants have I was told they were ruined from wear and tear and they are only willing to offer me a little 10% discount. That is totally unacceptable and I will never buy from them again since they cannot back up their products.

Tried to order 2 pairs of pants when they had the 20% off plus free shipping but kept ringing up with shipping fee. By the time I reached customer service they told me there was a glitch & sale was over. Not the best customer service.
