Love the overall vibes and look up the shop. Beautiful selections. The quality of many articles of clothing didn't match the price tags. Simple seam work and materials. Was twice the cost I would have expected. No greeting at door.

Oh my gosh I love this place! There are so many cute little things to look at! Even when I just go in to browse, I end up walking out with something. The Mercantile reminds me of an old-school gift shop where you can find a unique gift every time. There is such a selection of merchandise from boutique clothing, baby and toddler items, leather goods, soaps, and glassware, and jewelry. It makes my eyes happy to look through the displays. The employees are really nice too and they cheerfully wrap things for you!

Good place to shop for gifts. A large selection of Brighton items is available. Also, a price range that gives anyone lots of choices, too. You'll be sure to find something here for that person you need to buy a gift ? for, and probably something for yourself as well.

Wonderful merchandise, fairly priced and for all budgets. The boutique is beautifully decorated-it feels like a treat to enter the store. And it changes seasonally-easy to find the perfect gift for a friend or a treasure for oneself. The clothes are flattering for all body types. Glad I found it!

Super disappointed. Would not recommend buying anything from them online. They charged me and held onto my money for more than a week and never contacted me about my order. I finally had to email them and asked for tracking. never received a personal email back, just a cancellation notice, meanwhile I just wasted an entire week waiting for something thats never going to arrive for a birthday.

I get racist vibes from the store employees. I just didnt feel comfortable at all so I just turned around and left. I just walked in and smiled kindly at the old wrinkly employee and her face literally dropped and stayed on the floor, kinda staring me down and not blinking. Its been a while since I been stared at like that, I moved away from los angeles to get away from racism only to find it rampant in OC. Shame.

This is the best place for perusing. Get a cup of coffee and plan to spend a couples hours looking at all of their high end gifts and accessories. They carry a lot of Brighton accessories, charm bracelets, boutique style clothing, kitchen gifts, etc, etc. The best place for getting charming and original gifts.

Came in to buy some soaps for a friends b/day and left with so much more. Such a cute little store. The staff here was so wonderful and helpful. All kinds of really unique items so plan on spending some time if you have it. I cant wait to return here during the Holiday's. Love the Life is Good collection.

Bought some Brighton jewelry from Brighton, on the recite it says to return to this store. I called Brighton and they told me The Mercantile at Springdale is the store to take the jewelry back. When I got there the lady was very confused. She told me they don't do this. When I told her Brighton sent me she went to the back came back and told me no! I drove a long ways and they didn't bother to call Brighton or help me. They are a Brighton dealer.
