The Kite Connection is a fun, family oriented kite store on the Huntington Beach Pier, flying high since 1983. It features a wonderful selection of kites, spinners, toys, games, souvenirs, and other really fun stuff. They carry only quality kites and kite supplies, with items noted for their durability. The customer service is amazing, with helpful staff who assist in finding what is needed. The owner is helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with, often going above and beyond for customers. They are great people to deal with for both in-store and online orders, helping with online purchases and getting items out quickly. The business is also the organizer of the much-enjoyed annual Huntington Beach Kite Party, which attracts fliers from all over the world. It is a highly recommended store where a visit can be combined with a walk on the pier.
Awesome experience it was like being a kid again, I ended up buying two kites the Zenith 7, A Quantum 2.0 and a kite reel. My purchases were two days apart and had an amazing time with both employees a reason to make me come back again for sure.

Dave Shenkman is almost too dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. I was placing orders on his website at 3AM Eastern time. He had questions about them and was on the phone with me at 7AM Pacific to follow up. It's Sunday man, ease into your morning. 😁
