Claims he is a ceramic coating trainer for Revivify did the training thru zoom. Training was minimal and not worth the money we paid. We Complained about why another distributor was opened up close to me. As a result of the complaint directly toHim and Revivify we were dropped from both the distributor posting and was told we would not purchase coatings from them. Dropping us was clearly vindictive byHim and his group of installers. Only got one shipment as promised. Complained also to Revivify in Canada as we were also not taken care of it and the training and problem was never taken careOf. BEWARE of his scam as he was thrown out of Rightlook many years ago! Took us $750 to learn about his patterns and practices over the many years as the owner is all “smoke-and-mirrors” with his hard sell approach. Always has a habitOf putting people on the phone when you contact him as to himself patting himself on the back constantly about his great products and work. His Hollywood showmanship is sickening as you will see right thru him! On a positive note when he keeps his mouth shut and not acting for the cameras he is one of the best in the detailing industry!

Was planning on attending the detailing program but Every time I call for information the lady that answers the phone has no information and all she says is he is working on a car everytime I call he is working on a car I haven’t gotten a call back . Horrible service .

After weeks of research, I decided on Revivifi for my new Rivian R1S. I reached out to Mel and my entire experience was incredible. He took the time to answer all of my questions and show me around the shop. Mel and Zach only do one vehicle at a time to give it 100% attention and it shows. I had some heavy scratching on the passenger side from some over zealous offroading right after I purchased. Zach got 99% of these scratches out perfectly and the couple that were through the clear coat are way less noticeable now. The paint correction and prep is incredibly important before a coating and they are absolutely the best there is in my opinion. The coating gave my vehicle an incredible gloss and an almost deeper/richer look to the launch green paint. It really is immaculate and I couldn't imagine a better finish. From the self healing properties, increased protection compared to other coatings from scratches, gloss finish and incredible prep work and customer service, I could not be more pleased. I will be taking all of my vehicles here going forward. Thanks Mel and Zach!

So glad I found The Detailing Pros, Team Revivify. My car looks amazing and the revivify coating speaks for itself. I spoke with Mel and he did an amazing job explaining the steps and product details. Mel kept it real and honest as he is very knowledgeable and is a genius in the car detailing business. You can see the passion from all of team revivify as they showed more interest and care for my vehicle than myself, which is amazing! As I wanted the best for my car, revivify hands down lives up to what it's advertised to do as my car has never looked this good and shiny. The experience was amazing as well as I received text messages and even video messages of team revivify progress on my car throughout the day. Thank you Team Revivify and I would highly recommend anyone who has car detailing needs to take your vehicle here as you will not be disappointed!

I am SO happy I found this place. When I called, Mel was so nice and informative about the product he uses and why it is so good. He explained everything to me. My black, metallic 2020 MX-5 RF was dull looking, I'd always get water spots and had a lot of swirl marks. After Mel worked on it...IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL inside and out and it SHINES !!!! I highly recommend this place!

Mel Craig is an amazing detailer and outstanding teacher. Took his detailing training and learned a tremendous amount about the proper methods and how products work. He shared his vast knowledge and expertise, and was patient and helpful. Just getting to watch him demonstrate paint correction was impressive. Mel has decades of experience and it shows. Mel Craig is a master of automotive paint correction. The sensei, the Morio Higaonna of car detailing. (Oh, did I mention Mel is a 3rd degree black belt?) Am very honored to have taken a detailing class from Mel at his pristine shop on Gothard in HB. Mel is a sensei in every sense of the word. He has honed his craft to a level of perfection that is nothing short of awe-inspiring. He is a patient instructor with a logically structured class. I learned a great deal, and am inspired to keep improving upon my fledgling skills - white belt level for real. Since I've won car show awards in the past, I thought I'd be at least an "orange belt" level, but I realize I'm a beginner. A beginner eager to improve and get my show car to a previously unimagined level of perfection, thanks to Mel. I know he works modern-day miracles. No joke! You want the best? Mel Craig. The. Absolute. Best.

Mel is the best hands down once you take your vehicle here there's no need to go anywhere else from customer service to knowledge on what he's gonna be doing to your car and what even he can't do to your car which nowadays honesty is key thanks again Mel! And The Detailing Pros

Two of our employees were trained by Mel Craig at The Detailing Pros. I am glad that we made this decision. It was totally worth having our staff fly to California all the way from Canada. Mel truly knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. The after training support is also great.

I took my 2006 indigo ink pearl SC430 to Mel to see if it was possible to remove the heavy hologram that the previous owner had buffed into the paint. The paint also had 15 years of neglect resulting in various sap, water, and other contaminants staining the paint. The results Mel achieved are simply unbelievable. The dull lifeless paint is completely restored to better than original condition. The hologram and stains are completely gone. The depth of the paint is amazing. It looks like you could dive right into the paint. I also had the Revivify coating applied to the finish which added to the depth and gloss of the paint. The Revivify left a smooth protective coating that should protect the paint for years to come. I had a yellow bird dropping on the car after the coating and the bird p*** simply wiped off with a microfiber cloth. To say I'm happy with Mel's work would be a huge understatement. Mel has given me a car that's a joy to drive and admire.

Mel is absolutely the real deal! He did a phenomenal job repairing my neighbor's car after it was damaged from a water leak in my unit. The water flowed along the roof of our parking garage, landing on the car with not only hard water, but concrete mixed in as well. Mel was very transparent in saying he may not be able to get the damage completely out, however his work made this 11 year old car look good as new! Mel is super passionate about what he does. He even took the time to explain how newer cars nowadays don't have much paint on them and that protecting your paint job and waxing your car regularly is an absolute must if you want your car looking good for years (he likened it to our face- you have to keep it clean and moisturized if you want it looking nice). He does an excellent job for a reasonable price. Thanks so much, Mel!!
