The Tech support was like the Apple Store but less waiting. A place to sit down. The Tech was smart and respectful. Went out of his way to make sure I was happy. Thankful.

This is our main Target store in the last 12 years or so. Can’t remember having any bad experiences here really and I don’t have amnesia. Hope it continues, carry on.

This place is fantastic. My dog Betty and I often visit to pick up essentials, and we're always treated wonderfully. One employee, in particular, really enhances our experience. Jasmin makes each visit enjoyable and keeps us looking forward to our next trip. Target, you have a gem of an employee in Jasmin. She's definitely a keeper!

There is a reason for everything including this review I consider @Target clean and safe even if it is located in a less than savory neighborhood, I gave Target a 5 star rating for this reason and I'm going to explain in more detail a situation that could change this rating by up to 4 stars as I am red flagging Target for entering a 3rd party contract with a phone company that is licensed with @att to sell phone contracts inside their stores with no identifying badges or uniforms, theses employees are not with Target, they are employees of @Premium Retail Services and they use fraudulent practices to get you to change phone carriers. On a visit this particular day I was approached by a pretty red ha of red haired lady who told me she could cut my phone bill in half and also get a new galaxy phone, and I asked if she worked for Target and she said she did. Well she didn't and the phone wasn't free and my phone bill didn't go down 50%, it went up 100%. The company is Premium Retail Services and they are trained liars and quite possibly a straw of any of the 3 major phone companies with anti trust implications. More about this store next week.

Not sure what’s going on with this location but the last two trips I made the checkout experience was not good. The first time I was there close to closing and they had closed all of their self check out stations and made everyone to through the few registers they had open. This resulted in huge lines and long wait times. This last time I was there during probably their busiest hour (after work, 6 PM) and they only had 3 self check out stations open out of the dozen or so that they have. Again, there was a long line to use them. And they didn’t even have a dedicated attendant to watch and help. I needed help twice due to errors outside of my control (price did not populate for clearance product). And it took a long time for someone to come over from the returns desk to assist me. I really hope they fix their issues with the self check out.

Love using Target drive-up service and today did a drive-up return , was so incredibly quick & easy . I will never stand in line again for a return..lol!

Don't get me wrong, this Target has great stuff and the shelves aren't messy like other locations... but there's way more cons. I'm a regular at this location and the customer service is not the best! I prefer using self checkout to not deal with moody staff members. Most of them look like they don't enjoy their job to be honest. I've only had about three staff members treat me friendly and polite. There's 4 stalls in the women's restroom, and more than half of the time, there's only 1 semi-clean stall. There's always toilet paper around the toilet and on the floor which is gross!! The toilets are always flooded and are just disgusting. There's always staff walking everywhere, but yet they don't have enough to help up front ?! I've noticed they close up the self checkout area in the early evening, and usually only have 1-3 registers open later. Not only do they make it harder for themselves, but for their customers as well! Having only two registers open when the lines are blocking the lane is insane Some people don't have enough time to wait for the cashiers that enjoy taking their sweet time!! I've overheard how the "security guards" and managers talk and handle things, and it's not appropriate at all. They don't do their job well, and could care less about how us customers feel. The 16400 Beach Blvd, Westminster Target location has nicer customer service, I don't feel judged or scared to ask for help, and I feel comfortable enough to use their restrooms. Maybe this Adams location should learn a few things from them. Please do better!

This is my first ever bad experience at a target in my life! I was looking around in the Ulta section of this target and a security tag went off and a employee came by to turn it off and jokingly said "omg are you guys stealing" to which we responded no then while leaving the employee said omg I'm going to report you while laughing. The employee was wearing baggy blue jeans,had black adidas zambas on, had a tattoo on her left hand,had blond hair and gold jewelry on.I am very disturbed that the employee accused us of stealing and jokingly said that they were gonna report us. It was very unprofessional and she could have handled the situation differently. After finishing my shopping I headed to checkout and mentioned my concern with the cashier who then shrugged it off as it was nothing which left me feeling confused and disappointed enough to write a review. This happened on 2/16/24 around 9:40-45pm

What’s the point of having 12 self checkouts if you only have 6 open and then some of those 6 don’t work?! Get more self check out and less cashier lines!!!

Drive up option is fantastic at Target! Fast, friendly team members & efficient! Now you can do returns & order a Starbucks, for drive up, BRILLIANT! Best ever!!
