Shout-out to the team in this location. You MUST get the warranty if you are considering not to as your takeaway from this review. I came to get assistance to get my iPhone repaired last week and the place was packed during the holidays, of course. Blanca had her super cape on and looked up my warranty. Ordered the replacement and found resolutions to get this to me ASaP, 3 to 4 days. I came in today getting notification by text that my new iPhone came in from the warranty that covered the expense. Marshall the manager was the BEST to finish it off! He took care of the list of customers with the team, professional at handling the different situations, and expedited my own transition quickly, checking on me on phone status continually. What a pleasant experience! As I was waiting for the transition between two phones, a lady's daughter next to me had her new iPhone stolen. Ouch! Miguel deserves a shout-out too for that lady who he helped find the best solution with their promos to save her money. She came out saying too that he was a keeper! Merry Christmas indeed! Thank you all!

Jordan was so wonderful to work with! In fact, all of the staff were fantastic! No one likes to go to their phone store but they Jordan made it a really nice experience. Marshall was great, too!

This is the worst Metro store I've ever encountered. Davin has no Customer service skills. I called twice asking nicely to get my phone unlocked because I moved to Utah and it's doesn't get very good service where I live. After getting nowhere by calling twice when I was back in California I went to my MetroPCS store that I used to go to to ask them to nicely unlock my phone because I needed to Port it over to T-Mobile. Of course he said he had done it. So I went to T-Mobile and they assured me he had not. So I had to drive back to the Talbert store asked Devon to give me my account number and my pin so that I could drive back to T-Mobile so that they could Port my information over, just to find out the Devon actually doesn't know what he's doing he has no customer service. But thank goodness T-Mobile could figure it out for him and do the bonds job. So do not go to the Talbert Metro PCS store. Go to any other store because of Devon was rude couldn't figure it out or chose not to figure it out. I'm going to post daily so that everybody knows how uncustomer service that store is. Have a nice life done working at MetroPCS or not.

Jordan is one of the most straight forward honest sales associates I’ve met.In fact, the entire store seems to be that way I was really grateful when I checked on my plan I was able to make updates and find out details that were relevant but one thing Jordan did? He made sure that I knew all the details before, I made a decision and gave me the most information that he could make sure time was not wasted.If this is the kind of employees that this organization has, I can tell you, I will be coming here and staying here for a very long time. These people are incredible. They work really hard, having to know all the different prices and manufactures and advantages that I can tell you they do it flawlessly!Great job t-mobile you take away the worry of price and replace it with the Joy of value!

This store and it's employees are an absolute joke. Do not waste your time coming here. I came in on Sept 20 to switch services from Verizon. I was promised $1000 credit on a new phone, $200 gift card in store credit, and $375 credit for trade in, and a free Apple Watch. Sounds great. I was told my new phone was pre ordered for me, and would be available for me to pick up in the evening Sept 22. This was all promised by Arturo. Once I arrived to pick up my phone I was told they sold out, even though they told me I had pre ordered and it would be ready for me. At this point they are telling me another store about 20 minutes away had a phone they could give me. So I drive there and wait about 25 minutes to be seen. This store tells me they haven't had any phones all day. So I go back on Monday and speak to the manager Ash. He apologized for all the inconvenience, and offered to order the phone to the store to be held for me. He also offered to credit me the taxes on the phone. He placed the order and told me I would be called when it arrives at the store and that I would pay the taxes when I pick it up, and have the taxes credited on my account. I wait about a week, then receive an email that my order has been canceled. So I go back to the store.. again.. and I am told that the order never went through because the manager made a mistake by not charging me the taxes when the order was placed. I was also told that the promotion has ended and that they would not honor it. I've been waiting three weeks! I have been paying service on this watch that I can't even connect to my old phone because it doesn't work properly. I will be switching back to Verizon immediately. After I have words with the store owner or TMobile support.

(1 of 2 reviews)I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. This review is for the guys at this location and customer service.This location is better than one near Bella Terra. The team (Andrew, Ash, Terry and Jordan) have been great, especially Andrew & Ash. Andrew did a great job writing down all the information I needed when I was comparing my current services and various options instead of just saying 'look it up' or take a 'photo of this' like the guy at Bella Terra. He helped me make the best decisions on phones, watches, plans and how it compared to my plan at Verizon. He got me some great deals and pointed out I even qualified for an extra free phone and line. Ash was also great helping me fix some technical & account issues came up later. He always seemed to know what needed to be done and how to do it. He knew more than most of the Customer Service /Tech support people and am thankful T-Mobile has someone like him I can work with on-site!This is 1of 2 reviews because the guys here are great and did an amazing job signing me up and helping me with the issues I experienced in my second review. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a new phone!
