Wonderful little place to stay! The staff was so kind, rooms were clean and comfortable, and you can’t beat the location! Traveling with 2 young children, we felt safe and close to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean hotel with large rooms and great views. Very friendly service. Also had comfortable beds with up to date appliances that all work well. The art in the room was a nice touch. Very short walk to the beach. If I'm coming back to this area I will always stay here!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Yelled at my disabled veteran wife and told her to be quiet and wait. No direction on where our room was. No ocean view. On top of all that they require a 250 deposit plus an additional 150 for possible cleaning fee. We would have left but we were told it was non refundable.

This place was the worst. Had no hot water, and the water pressure to the shower was terrible. The place has no elevator so if you have a luggage you have to carry it all the way up. The workers were never there and never answered the phone. Stay away from this place

For $100 and for one night it's solid. The room was clean, modern and stylish. It's literally across the street from the beach and 2nd and PCH which is a gem. You can't see the beach from the hotel, but the view of the marsh was nice. The hallways were bright and clean which was really surprising. Parking is small, but there was plenty and it was free. Check-in was easy, no issues there.Cons: There were little knicks that I noticed, but for $100, I can let it slide. However, the walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors talk very loudly. I am just not used to hearing people in a hotel. My biggest gripe was that there were not elevators, nor did the check-in attendant communicated this with me. I ma recovering from a wrist injury and it was not fun having to drag my luggage to the third floor (the stairs are narrow). So I give this place a 3. Was it nice enough? Yes. Would I book here again if given a chance? No.

We stayed one night here and it was terrible. The management is super rude and unprofessional. We had a small dog with us and all of a sudden they call the room phone and proceeded to berate us for the dog. Worst stay ever. TERRIBLE. Nowhere on there site does it say no dogs.

It's my first time staying here and I liked it very much. It's very clean, it's nice inside, the beds are nice, it's very convenient, it's also big, I liked the bathroom the most. The staff in the office are also very nice and helpful, thank you.

If I could give this hotel no stars I would.I had a reservation on 09/02/23, upon arrival I was notified by the manager that my room was not ready at 4pm because the maintenance guy was still working in it. I was trying to be accommodating and said I was headed to the beach and just wanted it ready when I got back. Long story short I wasn’t able to shower off the sand until 10pm. My romantic get away was ruined. The manager was absolutely no help. I had a couple of adult beverages and the manager suggested I drink drive somewhere else and leave the property if I wanted a refund. HORRIBLE customer service.
