This company misrepresents their return policy. Their terms and conditions state you will be charged for ACTUAL shipping charges if shipping was provided free on a returned item. What they actually do is determine what the shipping rate would have been if you ordered it separately. I ordered a seat that required a large box. They put two other much smaller items in the seat box. Not enough to materially change the cost of shipping, if at all, due to the large cubic size of the box. So now they want me to pay nearly $30 for shipping to return one of the items when that was not the actual cost incurred by them to add it on to the order. I did request that they send me a copy of their freight bill, along with the freight bill for another almost identical seat I bought a couple of weeks later (in the same sized box) to confirm that they actually had additional cost due to the extra item. They have elected not to respond to that request. Apparently this return shipping program is an area they derive additional profits from. If they send me proof I am wrong I will delete this post. Otherwise take it for what you think it is worth and consider how it makes you feel dealing with a business that does things this way.

Brandon was very friendly and informative. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for.Stopped back in looking for a seat and Craig was right there to help. Took the time to understand my intended application and give some input before I made a decision. Walked out with a new seat. Can't ask for much more than that.

Chad is very knowledgeable and a great person to talk to. His experience and knowledge of the product is very helpful. If you need to stop in a store to pick some new racing gear then this is a place you can get quality stuff. Craig was helpful with looking up on what's available and also help with best direction to get anything. All around always a great experience.

Purchased an Arai helmet for my son today and very happy with the experience. Chad and Craig are both friendly and professional and take the time to answer all of your questions. Chad’s extensive knowledge of racing safety equipment is beyond impressive and I gained a lot of valuable information. I highly recommend Sube Sports.

Bought the Cobra Daytonas (2) at full price + paid extra for the polished billet. I really liked them a lot. But the foam started dry rotting after a few years- always foam particles on floor mat under front of seat. Then the black cloth material came loose from my seats had a wrinkled fabric look. Gee, I know, they were10-12 years old but - shouldn't they last longer? I could be wrong - but I did have $1500 invested. So, take them to get recovered but in leather, came out beautiful but had to recut/shape all new foam, what it came with just disintegrated. So I hope top shelf foam & adhesive for material holds up much better these days. Now I enjoy my $2600 seats, lol.

Chad Demarco the owner is probably one of the most knowledgeable people in the racing industry. He is well educated and was even a Subaru Rallye driver. I purchased about $2000 in total parts from him and my dad bought me a seat from him as well. When I purchased a $300 quick release from him that didn't end up working out he agreed to return it for me. During the time of the return he said all checked out and I could get credit back because he knew I still needed harnesses. When I told him I had purchased the harnesses already he flipped out and got angry saying I was taking business from him even though I called him previously to ask if he had them in stock and he did not. Apparently you are not allowed to purchase other things from anywhere else except him even if he doesn't have it in stock. He then says I will not get refund and I will have store credit only and it is his discression to give me a refund or store credit only. I then tell him in my opinion that's not very professional. Out of no where he says " NO what's no professional Is you sending your dad with a bogus resale license to buy a seat from me for cheaper". My dad purchased me my passenger seat as a gift and owns 5 auto repair shops that have resale licenses. My dad is also a contractor and he gave Chad the wrong resale license at the time of the purchase and that's what Chad meant by bogus. Even though my dad had a "bogus license" Chad sold him the seat with the resale he gave him. If the license was bogus and my dad was a liar why would Chad sell him the seat? I told Chad id rather never do business with him again and just sell the quick release myself. Chad is a very smart man, I am 25 years old and Chad is much more experienced me but behaved like an angry child. Take this review as you'd like just wanted to share my experience.
