I have called this store and LEGALLY recorded every time
The staff will NOT help me find out who this is!
They tell me “call the police”
I thought I would let him have the chance to apologize first
So I tried calling EVERY United security there is and they don’t work for STATER BROS…
I JUUUST SPOKE TO THEIR CORPORATE WHO GAVE ME A “ticket” in a queue
This was FOUR DAYS ago!!! BEN was there that day
NATHAN I have on the phone telling me he was writing a report
And Jesse has cut me off mid sentence THREE times now and has done NOTHING TO HELP ME WHATSOEVER!!!!
All he did was give me their Corp number that I could have found on my own! What a JOKE
WE SPEND OVER $600/MONTH HERE!!!!
WHY won’t they tell me the NAME
(I’m ONLY ASKING FOR THE NAME OF THE COMPANY AND THEY REFUSE TO GIVE IT TO ME?!!!)
Got a call from the district manager after this post …
HE WAS HEATED THE ENTIRE TIME AND
I HAVE IT ALLL RECORDED LEGALLY
He told me they cared about their customers yet would not help me whatsoever ?!
He just kept sending me to do more work for him instead of investigating the matter as he should have as a district manager
I have not heard anything back about any of the employees being disciplined whatsoever or the security guard who is a third-party, but still they employ them so they should be a party to the attack that was made on me
This is crazy
If you shop here
Just know you might be attacked ! And you won’t be able to do anything about it because they don’t care about you

Disappointed with how my groceries were bagged. I had a cart full, and the bagger packed them so tight and full as to make the bags heavy to lift. Further, a couple items fell out of a bag on to the ground as I pushed the cart out to my car. Lastly, as I was loading into the trunk the handle ripped on one of the bags and a few more items fell to the ground. One more thing, the bagger packed two loaves of bread on the bottom of a bag. Yep, squish. Seems their baggers could use some more training. BTW, I didn't express anger at anyone.l

I've been going to this store for years. Love the long time staff that has been at this location and as of recently are starting to carry more items.
I have noticed with some of the strawberries, I've seen mold on it. Usually towards the bottom of the package. Also, this new brand they've started carrying "food club" isn't great. Not sure why they're replacing the store brand with food club, the quality of that brand isn't great. I have an app that I use to scan food, not sure why sour cream needs a bunch of additives. The SB brand never did. I ended up going with the daisy brand because it didn't have any extra unnecessary ingredients. Please consider steering clear of that brand.

Stopped by to get a few things. Cashier who helped me was Kristle. Seemed nice until she was bagging my groceries. She threw them into the bags. Some of my apples were bruised. I should have asked her to take it easy. Not sure why employees feel like they can just throw ones groceries. Also, got home and 2 apples were rotten from inside. No way to know. Usually fruit is good quality here.

Thos stater bros off Warner & goldenwest seriously needs a health inspector to do a unannounced audit. This store is disgusting. Fruit & vegetables are constantly rotten, food has expired dates. I don't know how this store is still open. Seriously corporate needs to step in.
