Mailed a package via DHL to Australia that was received in a rural Queensland area in less than a week. Absolutely delighted with the service and speed of delivery. Very pleasant employees!

The gentleman working here was quite nice. I had been stressing about trying to ship something back to Amazon since I threw away the box. After some headache on my end, he helped me out and we chatted a bit while working out the details.Overall great experiece and if I need any shipping help in the future I will go straight back here.

Excellent place to go for custom boxes and shipping. I've known the owner for years and he takes pride in his work. High quality products, such as U-Line, is noteworthy. If the idea is packing or shipping something safely, this should be your 'go to' small business. They are very good at what they do.

I am so glad I found Star Box and Shipping! Ken, the owner, helped me with a large pack and ship. He also got me the best shipping rate. He saved me almost 20 dollars from what I was quoted from USPS. The store is neat, clean and is stocked with any kind of packaging you could possibly need.
