I recently moved and the only internet provider I could get at my new location was Spectrum. Ordering the equipment was easy enough and I was sent to this location to pick it up. I was given the equipment and a 1 sheet of garbled instructions to connect it and sent on my way. Once I finally got it set up, it didn't work the next day, I called they got everything rebooted and again 2 days later it wasn't working. They sent someone out who rewired whatever needed to be done and it went out about a month later. They did something over the phone and again more issues they sent me a new router and told me I shouldn't have anymore problems. It's gone out about 4 more times since. The service is absolute garbage! I've been in trouble with my job because I work from home and I've missed 8+ days (unpaid) in 6 months for WiFi issues. At this point I'm not even sure they believe me. I've never had Spectrum before and I can assure you that I will leave at the very first chance I get. 10/10 do not recommend. I attached picture of just a few of the service outages. This doesn't include when my individual service has issues.

Seems like when I try to text a picture they don't always go through and I have to use email. I've noticed my speed is slowly slowing.

I am furious. Spectrum internet is a ripoff. They charged me $70 for 3 days of service when I disconnected my account. When I talked to them on the phone he said sorry we don't prorate! They failed to tell me that when I called to set up disconnection. Freakin thieves. He even admitted many many customers all about the same thing! DO NOT USE SPECTRUM!!!

I tend to dread coming to these places. The one off Edinger can be a nightmare. Thankfully, this new store on Goldenwest was quick and easy. The check in kiosk didn't work for me but I only waited for about 5minutes being 3rd in line. I was just exchanging equipment and the guy was very helpful. I was outta there in no time at all. I am definitely coming back to this location if I need help again. Thanks!

I am in Huntington Beach and in the last year Spectrum has gone from good to bad service on the internet. It is almost a consestent with outages every week now. I can remember 2 years ago we seldom had an outage, now forget it. Also instead of doing a maintenance service at a convient time for the customers they are doing it during prime times. I almost gave up about 3 months ago and went to T-mobile, but Spectrum gave me such a good deal it was imposible to pass up. There is an old saying "You get what you pay for". Well if this continues I will be gone on the next billing cycle. Also forget the MPS being what they say, I seldom get much over 100 MPS, if I am lucky. Had people out here 6 times in the last 5 years and replaced everything in my house and yard to no avail.

I am giving this store 5 stars. The moment I walked into the store I was greeted by everyone. Anthony helped me with my issues. He listened patiently about my issues and knew the correct course of action to take. Anthony's knowledge solved my issues. I highly recommend this store. Thank you Anthony for being very skilled at your job.

I went to Spectrum today to add 2 cell phones to my existing account. Mustafa was not only courteous and knowledgeable, but went over and above my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and very patient. I walked in expecting to have problems, but walked away satisfied and having a positive experience. Thank you Mustafa for going the extra mile.

I have been using Android since smart phones were invented. So you can realize why I was skeptical (and nervous) to transfer to iphone13. I relaxed when I walked into the store and was greeted by Kyler. He was so patient with me as I was really anxious. I can say the transfer was rather smooth and painless. As a bonus he was able to copy my favorite android apps from a Samsung 3A Galaxy to an iphone13. The switch was well worth it! I am already in love with my phone. Since carplay works on my car, I can use navigation apps without crashing. Kyler was also very helpful showing me odds and ends on my new iphone! Diane L. Huntington Beach

I only had one interaction here so I am not going to put this on the entire store but man this employee was RUDE! I was told on the phone that the quickest way to drop off old equipment was to drop it off at one of their physical locations....so this morning I went in. There were two employees and three customers. I went up to the desk waited until the older blonde woman had a moment and asked where the drop off box was for old equipment. She gave me a dirty look and told me it was "at UPS". Just like that, as if I was an idiot for bringing it back to the store. When I said the people on the phone said to just drop it off here so then she replies "well you'll have to get a number and wait in line cause I have to print you a receipt and as you can tell we are really busy", I guess 3 people qualifies for REALLY busy these days. I just don't get bad customer service. As someone who owns 2 businesses I would NEVER tolerate an employee talking down to a customer when they first walk into the store (if they are a j*** then go for it hahaha). I don't care if you think just because your old and "wise" you get to treat people with that level of rudeness right off the back, legit all I did was follow the directions I was given from the company and ask her a question; her snotty response was not appreciated or deserved so I left and went to the cm store which had GREAT customer service. Spectrum if your reading this you should really add some more customer interaction training at this location (if atleast for this employee) cause damn at the start of the day she already had a bad attitude and a chip on her shoulder.
