We reached out to Spectrum Business Centers three times over a two-week period regarding a very expensive Ricoh copier/printer that was purchased from them a year or two ago. Another week has passed, and still no response. We first reached out using the form provided on their website, then emailed two different addresses published on their website, including Brian Woodworth's direct email. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Your experience may vary - they have a few good reviews from 2016/2017 - but you might have to pick up a phone to get their attention. We're moving on.

We have been with them for years, and their customers service and response time to service calls is incredible. I do not know what other companies are charging and who cares. When your office machine breaks down your productivity usually goes down and these guys get it. They are ALWAYS here with in a few hours. Great job Huntington Beach Spectrum Team.

My company has purchased many multifunction copiers from Spectrum Business Centers over the years. They have done a splendid job of installing them and training our employees on how to use them.The few service calls we have required have all been very prompt and efficient. They seem to be the leaders in their field and it has been a pleasure doing business with them.

I called twice about a very expensive Ricoh Printer I needed repaired.After 3 Days, no-one ever called me back.Business must be good!But not with me.
