In person, Hailey was fantastic, and over the phone, everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and VERY patient with me. Their rates are better than anyone else in the area, and their facility is well maintained and spotlessly clean. The other people renting storage units seem to be friendly and nice, too.

The property manager was very helpful in mking sure the space would fit my needs. Walked me around the property and discussed security. i felt very comfortable with selecting the storage facility.

Went in today to check out the unit and the gentleman behind the counter was not friendly. He asked me a question and I answered...he asked me the same question 3 more times and finally I said how many times are you going to ask me the same question? His response was .... first of all calm down. I wasn't raising my voice. Lol. I told him to cancel my unit and walked out. He needs to learn better customer service.

I recently had an experience at this local storage facility that was mixed. The drive-in access is very convenient, and the pricing is competitive compared to other local storage options. However, I had a concerning interaction with a male staff member.
The staff member called the police on me because I was inside the storage at 10:00:30 PM on a Friday night, just 30 seconds after closing time. This incident was quite unsettling and led me to try and keep my distance from him afterward.
A few days later, I discovered that my storage space had been infested with mice, which felt too coincidental for my comfort. I have since moved to a different storage facility within the area.
I urge the management to check in on their staff's mental health, as this seems to be a one-off negative experience with this particular staff member. Despite this, the overall service, drive-in access, and pricing are great.
