App wouldn't work, cashier refused to give sales price $.99 for 2 litre sodas, both guy cashier and customer service/bagger left me to load multiple 12pk sodas, gallons of milk, 12lb ham etc back into my cart while the cashier helped next customer and bagger watched me. Very disappointed this visit.

A big shout out to Tracy. She is ALWAYS helpful when I am looking for a specific product. She will walk me to the product. I am so appreciative of her customer service. And, today, the cashier forgot to give me the debit cash I requested. I forgot until I was out of the store. Tracy gave me the money without any hassle when I returned. Thank you so much, Tracy.

I lost my wallet this week. I called every place I remembered being since I last used it. As you can imagine, I was devastated. And scared. But when I called this Smart&Final, I was told they had it! The manager had no idea who actually found it, but they kept it safe for me. Everthing was still there - credit cards, cash, pictures. They have earned my gratitude for life! And their produce is great, too!

I like this grocery store, you find everything, fresh produce, baking goods, etc., and great prices. No long lines, cashiers move fast and if line too long they immediately open another one.

I was buying food for my safety team in school. This consists of hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, and tube packages of hot links. I went there the night before to pick it up real quick and go home. When I went to work and started cooking on the grill for my team, I noticed that the packages of hot links were expired at June 23rd , 2023. Our team was super disappointed that there were no hot links, but we made the best of it. When I went back to Smart& final to return the sausages, the male cashier said go on ahead and exchange it and that will be fine. Fine. When I went back to the freezer, I noticed all of the packages were expired regarding the hot links. With that said, I thought that was pretty unacceptable and I just got my money back instead. The tall cashier was nonchalant and unapologetic. He was very defensive dismissive and did not really want to engage about how they do not check their frozen foods regularly. Right before I left he gave an insincere apology about their expired foods and how they are not really checking their products. From now on I'll be taking my business to the Smart& final off Magnolia and Warner near the 405 freeway. Too bad. So sad.

Selection is nice even on fresh veggies. Able to get checkout done more quicker overall. Plenty of meats to get. Spacious to get by each section.

everything you need for a party,etc. they're very competitive pricing with costco,etc. and no need for a membership or crowds ! staff is awesome !

Filing a complaint to the Food Adminstration about their selling rotten meat. Ripped me off on trying to return their rotten fish. Thanks so much Ricardo Zafra the store manager for doing nothing to make it right. Someone needs to go in that store and check the dates. I've seen things on the shelves that are way expired. Filed a complaint with S&F they said a Distract Manager would be contacting us. Never did. Must be Rocardos brother. No Customer Service at all.

The worst grocery store ever, it used to be my store years ago but I the last 5 years; they have changed to the worst shopping store, low quality in products and stuff, management is careless and stuff much worst, today I was treated absolutely racially from the casher with other customer because she was wrong about the prices, definitely racist attitude towards me that I absolutely don't accept against me or any other human. I ended up my business with Smart and Final and while street food company.
